1 POSTPAID NEW QUICKSTART GUIDE AireSpring presents this overview to help familiarize you with the new version of AireCare

2 2 New AireCare Quick Start Guide - Postpaid Welcome to your New AireCare Customer Portal AireSpring has updated this important tool to provide customers with a more user-friendly, enhanced interface. Now, it will be easier than ever to view and manage your account billing and payment services. There are two ways to access your AireCare account: (new system) or (old system) During an initial period of transition, the old system will be at: customers.airespring.com, and the new system will be at airecare.airespring.com. If you have trouble with the new system, please use whichever version works best for you. All of your pre-existing customer data will be retained in the system as before. The following pages will help you become familiar with the new look and feel of the system. AireCare Quick Start - Login Login page The first time you visit the new version of AireCare, you will be asked to Register using the information found on your most recent invoice from AireSpring.

3 New AireCare Quick Start Guide - Postpaid 3 ZIP Code For overseas customers, please contact your AireSpring Customer Service representative, as US Postal Codes do not apply. You should be able to leave that field blank.

4 4 New AireCare Quick Start Guide - Postpaid Home page You will find Tabs for: Account, Billing, Reports, Support, Services. Under Billing you will find short cuts to pay your bill and view a Summary of your bill (screenshot below). Invoice Responsibility -- Customers with multiple locations and/or services often opt for the AireSpring Master Account billing. An account set to No for Invoice Responsibility will have the $$ amount roll up into its related Parent for payment. NOTE: any account set to No for Invoice Responsibility will receive this error message: Please make payment on the parent account, if the user tries to make a payment on the child account. If sending checks, please mark the parent account number on the check for better processing. Bill Delivery: if blank/none, then your account is set to deliver each invoice via regular paper invoice in the mail. Summary

5 New AireCare Quick Start Guide - Postpaid 5 Home page - Make Payment You can use the Home Page shortcut to quickly make a payment. AireSpring uses external bank services so that only the last 4-digit bank/card reference ID is used in AireSpring services. The complete card number is maintained in a PCI-compliant processing service. You can choose to make a payment with any method used previously, or enter a new payment method which will pop-up in your menu of choices. NOTE: Please set your computer to allow pop-ups that use AireCare. Please note that for international prepaid customers, a negative number here shows that you have $$ available on account for your services. A positive number means your account will get blocked, and that amount paid before service gets restored. Make Payment

6 6 New AireCare Quick Start Guide - Postpaid Here is an example of how the payment method pop-up will appear: If you are logged in on the Parent account, you will also find an option to view your other locations by clicking the Account number and company name at the upper right hand corner which will show you a drop down with options to go to Home, Profile and Change account. By clicking Change account you will see the list of child accounts and you can choose any account you wish to view.

18 18 New AireCare Quick Start Guide - Postpaid Reports Tab - Child Account Summary If you are on the parent account, you should be able to generate different types of reports. Go to Reports then choose Analysis reports. One example is the consolidated report of charges for all Child Accounts. Under Reports, Select a Billing Period then set Report Template to Child Account Summary, Click Generate Graph then a new page will pop out with the list of your Child accounts.

26 26 New AireCare Quick Start Guide - Postpaid Services Tab Go to Manage Services to access Managed Landline, and Managed DID Routing Tool. Hover on the Services Tab Drop-Down, and under DID Numbers, you will find: Request New Numbers, and Manage Routing.

You can either search a specific Toll Free Number and separate multiple numbers by adding a comma, or you can just click in the Search Button as shown in the following screenshots.
