1 PROCESSPRO GLOBAL Accounts Payable (Global) Join us to start your knowledge about Accounts Payable. We ll take a basic approach to AP by learning frequent functions of the transaction cycle. We ll also include the steps through invoicing. Accounts Receivable (Global) Start at the beginning with Accounts Receivable. Build knowledge in using the software to manage company cash, customer aging, statements, invoicing, and much more! Payroll (Global) Welcome to Payroll 101 where you can take a look at the ProcessPro Global payroll application. Explore setup and maintenance, daily work tasks and payroll tasks. Purchasing and Receiving (Global) We ll begin with the fundamentals of placing purchase orders and performing receipts, and layer in the concepts of Item Vendor maintenance, PO requisition techniques and tips and cost break setup. All of the regular concepts of flow - effective reporting, transaction batching and paperwork - will also be covered. We will also discuss and preview user-specific dashboards. WMS (Global) Attend this session to experience ProcessPro Global s warehouse management solution. This session will cover the transactions, such as receiving purchases orders and finished goods, picking transfers and orders and moving inventory. Intro to Design Studio (Global) Do you wish you could change or add a field in ProcessPro Global? Join us to learn how to manipulate views in basic and complex ways - from swapping columns in and out, grouping, sorting and top and bottom filtering. Get an understanding of how to save different versions of a view, apply comparative filters and add summary calculations. There will also be time allotted to discuss the powerful summary views available. Order Entry and Shipping (Global) An overview of ProcessPro Global s sales cycle from the customer service and shipping perspective. This session will review a typical workflow, from entering an order, order acknowledgement, picking and shipping.
