4 1. Introduction 1.1. Purpose of the document The document describes the differences of the CLS licensing process between this product (feature) and the standard process of HiPath License Management (see document License Guidelines). 2. Product Information 2.1. General a) Each system (except a Demo system) requires either OSCC E V7.0 Base Pack Enterprise, OSCC E V7.0 Base Pack Attendant, OSCC E V7.0 Base, OSCC E V7.0 Base UC Package or OSCC E V7.0 Central Reporting. It is not possible to have more than one of these features on one system. b) A system with OSCC E V7.0 Central Reporting as base feature must have at least one OSCC E V7.0 CRS Manager license. It is not possible to use other features on a Central Reporting system. c) It is possible to upgrade to V7.0 from previous HiPath ProCenter Versions (V6.0 and V6.5). d) OSCC E V7.0 Base Info is added as base feature when a system is upgraded to V7.0. This feature does not contain any other licenses. Also it is possible to upgrade from OpenScape Contact Center Agile V7.0 to OpenScape Contact Center Enterprise V7.0. e) All upgrades from systems < V6.0 are handled as new V7.0 system orders. f) The product supports a Redundancy Server with the two modes cold and warm. For both modes you need one time the feature OSCC E V7.0 Base Redundancy. To use cold redundancy you need feature OSCC E V7.0 Cold Redundancy User with a quantity that equals the user quantity. To upgrade from cold to warm redundancy you need feature OSCC E V7.0 Upg Cold -> Warm Redcy with a quantity that equals the user quantity. You have to enter a second MAC address for the redundancy server.after activating the main system, you have to activate redundancy feature onto a second MAC Address. At this point, you will be asked also for the SIEL-ID of the main system. A second license key will be generated for this MAC Address with the same license content as the license key for the main system. g) The product can be ordered linear or via a configuration tool. Via configuration tool the order must be activated as whole and has a system ID. h) There are 2 demo features. Per system only one Demo feature can be used. i) The maximum User quantity per system is different depending on the PBX type to which the Contact Center system is connected. j) Agent Desktop quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). k) Associate Desktop quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). l) Attendant Console quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). m) SDK RTM Client quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). n) SAP CIC Desk.Integr. quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). o) SAP ICI Desk.Integr. quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of User licenses (incl. those of the base pack). 4

5 p) User quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of Agent Desktop, Associate Desktop, Attendant Console and SDK RTM Client licenses (incl. those of the base pack). q) Callback quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of Agent Desktop, Associate Desktop, Attendant Console and SDK RTM Client licenses (incl. those of the base pack). r) Web Collaborat. User quantity has to be less or equal the quantity sum of Agent Desktop Attendant Console and SDK RTM Client licenses (incl. those of the base pack). s) Feature Outbound requires at least one Callback User. t) Associate Desktop and Base Pack Attendant can only be used with PBX type H8000 or OpenScape Voice. u) Demo Attendant requires PBX type H8000 or OpenScape Voice. v) OSCC E V7.0 Tenant cannot be used together with one of these features: OSCC E V7.0 Networking, OSCC E V7.0 SAP CIC Desk.Integr., OSCC E V7.0 SAP ICI Desk.Integr.. w) OSCC E V7.0 Tenant can only be used with PBX types "HiPath 4000 V2.0/V3.0/V4", "HiPath 8000 V2.2/V3" or "OpenScape Voice". x) Feature OSCC E V7.0 CRS Manager can only be used for Central Reporting systems. A Central Reporting system can have up to 100 managers (Manager + CRS Manager). If feature OSCC E V7.0 Manager is activated for a Central Reporting system, the manager feature will be exchanged with OSCC E V7.0 CRS Manager (done by a background job a few minutes after activation). y) OSCC E V7.0 Base UC Package can be used with PBX types HiPath 8000 V2.2/V3 and OpenScape Voice V3.1 only. z) License keys for features OSCC E V7.0 Product Instance for SL and OSCC E V7.0 CRS Product Inst. for SL are time limited although the CLS shows them as permanent. All licenses will expire with January 31 st of the following year except when generated after November 30 th. In this case the expiration is extended by one additional year. For those licenses that belong to a valid contract the license keys will be deleted with November 30 th. HPPC Agile V6.0 OSCC Enterprise V7.0 It is possible to upgrade from HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0. For each V6.0 Telephony Agent one upgrade feature ( OSCC E V7.0 Upgrade per Agent ) is required. The required upgrade license quantity is increased by the fact that the base and promotion feature also include agent licenses. Only the whole V6.0 system can be upgraded. The MAC Address cannot be changed during the upgrade process. The required quantity can be calculated using this formula: Quantity of HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0 Telephony Agent + 5 (Agents that are included in HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0 Basic) + 15 * Quantity of HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0 Promotion package Upgrade Mapping Table: HiPath ProCenter Agile V6.0 Mapping Qty. OSCC Agile V7.0 OSCC Enterprise V7.0 To upgrade from Agile V7.0 to Enterprise V7.0 the following 2 upgrade features are required: 1 * OSCC E V7.0 Base Agile-Upgrade (F31505-K79-A27) n * OSCC E V7.0 Agile-Upgrade User (F31505-K79-A28) For each Agile V7.0 User license one of this upgrade feature is required. Please note, that also feature OSCC A V7.0 Base Pack Agile includes 5 user licenses. During the upgrade it is not possible to change the MAC address. Attention: BAP449 (OSCC ProCenter Version Info Inventory) will not be updated in the Installed Base. This planning note identifies the version of the OpenScape Contact Center V7.0 system with its quantity value (1 = Agile, 2 = Enterprise). Please trigger a manual update of the Installed Base. OSCC E V7.0 Product Instance for SL Feature OSCC E V7.0 Product Instance for SL is time limited. To extend the validation period extend the existing system with another license. Thereby the existing feature will be disabled. Attention: A remaining validation period of the existing feature gets lost. Due to this fact you should extend a system as late as possible. 9. FAQ 9.1. Required Cold Redundancy User quantity To enable the redundancy option you one time OSCC E V7.0 Base Redundancy and for every existing user license one OSCC E V7.0 Cold Redundancy User license. You have to consider also user licenses that are included in base licenses (e.g.: OSCC E V7.0 Base Pack Enterprise includes 10 user licenses). Example: A system with 1 * OSCC E V7.0 Base Pack Enterprise 100 * OSCC E V7.0 User requires 110 * OSCC E V7.0 Cold Redundancy User 14
