1 IT SUPPORT ANALYST III (incident and problem analyst) Business Unit : TD Insurance, US Cards, Collections Technology *Job Description Under the TDI GI information management production support manager, the selected candidate will insure follow up and tracking of incident and problem in regards to ID&A environments. The candidate will track and map out to resolution issues, will be centered on incident and problem follow up with the InfoEx support team for all environmental issues (prod and lower environments). The main responsibilities of this role are: Keep track of ID&A/EDPP incidents: o ticket properly opened for each issue (one ticket per issue); o ticket completed and classified adequately; o request from InfoEx any missing details in tickets; Participate in problem management reviews with InfoEx; Keep track of resolution timeframe; Work with project teams/support lower environmental issues; Insures adequate communications with InfoEx support teams; Insure proper documentation and KT are ready for prod support team; *Job Requirements General skills: Have a bachelors degree or combination of work experience with lesser degree Has at least 5 years experience in the IT world Excellent analysis capacity ITIL certified Ability to work independently and within a team Can work under pressure Can easily adapt Client and result oriented Be able to auto develop his skills

2 Have a team spirit Attention to details and work quality General insurance knowledge (nice to have) Technical skills: Excellent knowledge of Hadoop technologies Excellent SQL (queries) knowledge Knowledge of ETL tools Good knowledge of reporting systems (Tableau, Cognos, etc). Not at TD, anyway. *Job Description The Analyst - Production and Systems Support is part of the Information Excellence team within Corporate Segment Technology Solutions. Reporting to the Manager, Production and Systems Support, this role is responsible for providing production & system support, data infrastructure management for the Information Excellence team. This position must work proactively and effectively with the CSTS teams, ITS and other technology & business partners to provide support and expertise in Data management, infrastructure support, and Big Data / Hadoop Initiatives. *Job Requirements Provide Production Support Services to project initiatives or change management requests. Provide ongoing system management & support to Big Data Hadoop platforms (including HEAT and SHARE) and job processes. Contribute in the preparation of system implementation plans and support procedures. Participate and contribute to the on-going development of the team by sharing information, knowledge, expertise and lessons learned on a regular basis Ensure high quality work and maintenance of standards within own area of responsibility Provide on-going communications on project status and systems restrictions. Ensure that Audit and TRMIS policies and procedures are implemented and respected. Some after-hours and weekend support will be required. Other project support initiatives as assigned. Additional Information Post secondary degree: Computer Science, Engineering or similar degree preferred A minimum of 1 to 2 years of financial institution and / or credit card experience. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Information Management and Data Warehousing. Tangible experience with information technology; data and systems management; knowledge of Unix/Linux is fundamental: Hadoop administration and utilities, Java, virtual environments; and

Demonstrated history of being self-motivated, energetic, results-driven, and executing with excellence Strong analytical and problem solving skills; uses strong communication skills to communicate complex issues in easily understandable terms. Strong verbal, written, presentation & communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple tasks on time. Sound understanding of Linux/Unix, especially RHEL. Familiar with Hadoop development tools & utilities (Pig, Hive, Java, Sqoop, Flume, etc.) and CDH. Working knowledge of Change Management protocols and TD Incident and Problem system (SDM) is an asset. Demonstrated experience in process analytics and process flow documentation. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with system support and managing data solutions. Working experience with Source Code Repository systems and data lineage standards is essential. In addition, ability to use revision control systems such as Git. Proactive, organized, excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Work well independently as well as within a team. Experience with orchestration workflows and high-level configuration management concepts and implementations and automation tools such as Puppet or Saltstack is an asset. Ability to use a scripting language such as Python or Perl is an asset. Understanding of networking, firewalls and load balancing. Working experience with software such as DHCPD, NTP, BIND and SSSD is an asset. Experience with Kerberos is an asset. Familiar with operating and/or developing Java applications is an asset. Working knowledge of various business software products such as MS-Office,MS-Visio, MS-Project and others. Job Description About This Role We are seeking highly motivated and capable technologists to join our Information Management team to work on the forefront of enabling TD's big data strategy with a special focus on DevOps. Across multiple large-scale transformation programs and in a data management context, reporting to the Development Manager from Canada, the Developer will develop new tools, new frameworks and automate development activities into a continuous cross-technology process for: environment setup and tear down, software packaging and deployment, software release management, software integration, software testing, etc. Accountabilities Gather requirements from developers, designers, management and partners on software development process improvements Lead DevOps roll-out for information management group Perform DevOps activities such as packaging, deployment or software configuration, environment management, continuous integration, etc. Understand the full end to end development activities across all technologies Learn and use new data management tool automation API for DevOps Learn and use new cloud infrastructure services for DevOps Learn and use software development supporting technologies for Internal

6 release management, packaging, etc. Work with different technology partners to integrate with existing and available DevOps services, or recommend new ones where relevant. Document, maintain and communicate software integration standards and processes Support developers and partners Pursue enterprise learning opportunities to develop and mature your skills in the big data space Job Requirements What can you bring to TD?
