15 Electronic document projects Multi-functional Electronic Identity (eid) Card Algeria Challenge: X Infotech deployed the ICAO Data Preparation solution for the production of Algerian electronic identity cards. X Infotech ICAO Data Preparation is a software solution that collects document application, profile data, keys and certificates from multiple sources and processes it according to the defined setup. Within the project, the solution has demonstrated excellent technical performance and flexibility. Electronic Identity (eid) Card Ghana Challenge: X Infotech replaced non-chip cards and implemented a turnkey solution for the issuance of electronic identity cards with 5 applications (ICAO, MOC, esignature, authentication, and payment). X Infotech deployed the Personalization solutions, including Instant Issuing, Production and Stock Management.

16 Electronic document projects Electronic Identity (eid) Card Cambodia Challenge: X Infotech implemented a software solution for the issuance of electronic identity cards. There are 60 desktop printers employed for centralized personalization, while the enrolment process is conducted at remote sites. X Infotech delivered the Personalization and Public Key Infrastructure solutions (e.g. Country Signing Certification Authority and Document Signer) along with different services such as integration with the document registry, project management, training and support. Electronic Passport Cambodia Challenge: After the successful implementation of the eid project, X Infotech was awarded with the contract for the project of electronic passports with the extended access control (EAC). X Infotech delivered the Personalization and Public Key Infrastructure solutions (e.g. Country Signing Certification Authority (CSCA) and Document Signer (DS)).

17 Electronic document projects Laissez-passer Travel Document (Diplomatic epassport) ECOWAS Challenge: X Infotech replaced the production system for paper travel documents with a dedicated platform for electronic laissezpasser. X Infotech delivered a software solution for Document Personalization and Production Management as well as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for creation, storage, and distribution of digital certificates. Laissez-passer Travel Document (Diplomatic epassport) European Union (European Commission) Challenge: X Infotech deployed a secure and versatile personalization solution for European Union laissez-passer travel documents. X Infotech delivered the Document Personalization and Production Management solutions at multiple sites along with the Document Lifecycle Management component. Within this project, X Infotech also developed a Public Key Infrastructure that enables digital signing of sensitive biometric data in compliance with ICAO requirements.

18 Electronic document projects Passport eid Card Ireland Challenge: X Infotech deployed the Production Management solution that controls the complete workflow of the Passport Card issuance process. In addition, X Infotech provided smooth integration with desktop personalization laser-engraving and mailer machines that have a capacity to carry out Passport Card applications per week. Residence Permit Card Ireland Challenge: X Infotech delivered a software solution for the issuance of ICAO-compliant Residence Permit Cards. X Infotech extended the functionality of the existing Document Personalization platform and deployed a new process management module Document Distribution. Within this project, X Infotech also delivered the Enrolment solution to capture biometric information such as facial image, fingerprints and handwritten signature.

19 Electronic document projects Electronic Passport Ireland Challenge: X Infotech delivered an end-to-end software solution for the personalization and production management of electronic passports with BAC (Basic Access Control). X Infotech also carried out integration with the population registry system and different high volume passport personalization machines. Electronic Identity (eid) Card Latvia Challenge: X Infotech deployed software solutions for the issuance of electronic identity cards. As part of this project, X Infotech supplied the ICAO Data Preparation, Personalization, Public Key Infrastructure, and Secure PIN Manager solutions for PIN generation and PIN printing as well as a high-volume laser engraving personalization machine. The new eid card offers an additional functionality to sign documents as well as access egovernment and public services.

20 Electronic document projects Kenya South Sudan Biometric Solution for Multi-functional Electronic Identity (eid) Card Challenge: X Infotech implemented a complete software solution for the issuance of multi-application electronic identity cards. The solution is intended to provide secure authentication of Cooperative Bank customers. Biometrics, stored on the chip card, are used for user authentication and authorization prior to settling payments or carrying out other services. Biometric Solution for International Office of Migration (IOM) Kenya South Sudan Somalia Challenge: X Infotech supplied biometric scanners and passport readers as well as capturing and matching software for International Office of Migration (IOM). The purpose of this project was to perform identity verification, using biometric (fingerprints) technologies and document authentication.

21 Electronic document projects Electronic Passport Liechtenstein Challenge: X Infotech delivered a comprehensive solution for the issuance of electronic passports with the extended access control (EAC). X Infotech deployed the Document Personalization, Production Management, Instant Issuing and Public Key Infrastructure solutions. The instant issuing platform enables the passport office to issue identity documents at both central and remote locations (e.g. embassies). Biometric Enrolment for Police Lithuania Challenge: X Infotech replaced the outdated mobile enrolment solution (20 stations) with its industry-proven Enrolment. The solution is designed to export collected data to the Lithuanian Police registry for the issuance of electronic identity documents, such as passports, ID cards and residence permits. The Enrolment solution is capable of capturing fingerprint, photo, signature and biographic data in compliance with ICAO requirements.

X Infotech deployed the ICAO Data Preparation, Card Personalization and Production Management, Secure PIN Manager solutions. The new eid card has a signature application as well as it provides secure authentication for egovernment services. PKI Solution for Electronic Passport Peru Challenge: X Infotech developed a PKI infrastructure for the creation, storage and distribution of digital certificates for the Peruvian electronic passport. X Infotech has deployed the Document Signer (DS), Country Signing Certification Authority (CSCA), Country Verifying Certification Authority (CVCA), Document Verifier (DV), Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and National Public Key Directory (npkd) solutions.

23 Electronic document projects Middleware Development for Health Insurance Card Switzerland Challenge: X Infotech developed and implemented minidrivers for the most commonly used operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, and Mac OS. The development and implementation of dedicated OS drivers allows end-users to sign electronic documents or authenticate themselves at medical offices or via PCs, using their health insurance cards. Border Control Solution Tunisia Challenge: X Infotech implemented a comprehensive solution for the Tunisian Border Control. The project was organized by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and dedicated to the supply of mobile border control solutions for biometric verification and document authentication (fingerprints scanners, camera, passport scanners, etc).

X Infotech delivered a software solution for the creation, storage and distribution of digital certificates the solution is comprised of X Infotech Document Signer (DS) and Country Signing Certification Authority (CSCA). PKI Solution for Electronic Passport Uruguay Challenge: X Infotech built a reliable Public key infrastructure (PKI) for the digital signing of sensitive biometric information stored on the electronic passport. X Infotech delivered a software solution for the creation, storage and distribution of digital certificates.

25 Social card projects Hunger Safety Net Programme Kenya (Equity bank) Challenge: In cooperation with Equity Bank and Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Services, X Infotech delivered a software solution for the issuance of social cards in Kenya. This programme ensures secure cash transfers for vulnerable households. X Infotech deployed the Biometric Enrolment and Card Personalization solutions. Electronic Identity Card (eid) for Orphans and Vulnerable Children Kenya (Equity bank) Challenge: X Infotech successfully completed a social project in Kenya, in collaboration with Equity Bank. This project was carried out to introduce a social card and develop a payment infrastructure dedicated to cash transfers and fair distribution of benefits for poor households with orphans and vulnerable children. X Infotech delivered the Biometric Enrolment, Card Personalization solutions and ensured integration with POS systems.

26 Social card projects Huduma Programme Kenya Challenge: The programme is run by the Government of Kenya that aims to transform public service delivery by providing access for citizens to various public services from 12 ministries, departments and agencies via citizen service centres and integrated technology platforms. X Infotech has delivered software solutions for a unified payment infrastructure in the country as well as the Biometric Enrolment, Card Personalization, Instant Issuing and Secure PIN Management solutions for the issuance of Huduma cards. Family Card Egypt Challenge: X Infotech implemented the Card Personalization solution along with high volume personalization machines for a social benefit system dedicated to low income families. The Family Card program was designed to control the distribution of subsidized goods in Egypt. Based on this project, 17 million smart cards were issued and POS/acceptance terminals were connected to the programme.
