On the Double Wall HDPE Piping Project; ACTION EPRI to revise scope to include only tritiated lines and bring back scoping study to APC in January This smaller scope should include addressing Regulatory hurdles. Done 2. On the Combinatorial testing project; ACTION EPRI to ensure that a practical success path with the regulator has been established and vetted with the US NRC. Working 3. On the RI ISI pilot; ACTION EPRI to verify that schedules mesh up w/ PRA schedules for the new plants. Will the one year prior to fuel load PRA be required for this project to be successful? Does the project timeline need to be adjusted? 4. ACTION - INPO and EPRI to further collaborate on the Startup Guide to prevent overlap, particularly on the KHNP addendum. Working 5. On the Configuration Management project; ACTION EPRI to engage Lockheed-Martin and Siemens. EPRI to update the equipment-data Exchange Rules to include NEI Standard Nuclear Performance Model for the Ops phase. Done 6. Remove Base Isolation from Supplemental prioritization; ACTION EPRI to pursue Technology Innovation, DOE and NRC funding. Done 7. Remove FME from Supplemental prioritization; ACTION EPRI to transfer scoping study done to date to INPO Working 8. Remove Tech Spec surveillance frequency project from Supplemental prioritization; ACTION EPRI to bring back project to IC in This is an important project, but APC felt it could be delayed a year. Done 9. Remove Buried Piping and Buried Cable Projects from Supplemental prioritization; ACTION - EPRI to bring back project to IC in 2011 Done 10. ACTION EPRI to work with its Members to modify the Active Project Update Forms and other ANT project management communication tools, incorporating feedback provided during Member Feedback Session and additional feedback from select members.
