17 DONG Energy E&P Mobile project phase 1 Integration to SAP planning function, then the work order can be uploaded / accessing the mobile solution, and after work performed that the data uploaded to SAP Online as well as offline, with the system Single sign on RFID tags Create new notifications, and add pictures to this notification When looking at a work order, it must also be possible to view the notifications overview screen, to see what has happened Possible to create a notification for further maintenance, during a preventive maintenance job (PM02 Work order ), so that we can fix outstanding items, but keep track of root source work order When working with the device screens, shall be logical, accessible, so first we see the orders and the order long text, and func.loc, equipment's When entering a work order, we must be able to see the operations lines with detail description, Func.Loc.,Equip.No. basic start and end date Information regarding a func.loc and equipment's, by selecting the line, and press screen to see information 17

18 DONG Energy E&P Mobile project phase 1 Documents, that are selected in backend, must be transferred to device, so they are accessible in offline mode Possible to enter values for measuring points, linked to the work order If a reading is not performed, a reason table value must be selected, and feedback added to the work order All materials assigned to the work order, incl. the Job Pack materials ( Non Stock ) From the emergency spares warehouse offshore, we must be able to withdraw materials to a work order, with the device, by using barcode scanners Reason codes should be used to complete the work order Time registering be done automatically in SAP CATS based on employees allocated to work order and times recorded Bill of Materials for a Func.Loc or Equipment, must be shown on a screen when entering the FL, EQ data screen Device ATEX Zone 2 18
