Maximum age-50 years. Competencies: Knowledge about settlement of Equity and Fixed income transactions, filling system, record keeping, operations and administrative affairs. Knowledge about Government rules & regulation. Superior oral and written communication abilities. Strong computer skills; including extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office etc. Lead back office operations of investment fund Maintain record, bank accounts, settle transactions, and lead administrative officer. Other Responsibilities: Supervise settlement of transactions end-to-end. Lead compilation of Investment committee I Board agenda, get required approvals, and record minute meetings. Lead legal requirement for release of funds for investment transactions and manage I instruct required bank accounts. Review and oversee all settlement processes to make sure transactions are completed and accounts are reconciled. Maintain and review completion of all required records. Provide leadership to Administration officer to efficiently provide admin resources for fund operations. Coordinate with AM-Procurement to manage work related to purchase of furniture, office equipment, computers, air conditioner, other assets, and hiring of vehicle, log book file etc.

Maximum age-42 years. Com petencies: Computer Hardware, Networking, software installation, training etc. Strong technical management experience. Sound information technology background including familiarity with the latest technologies and trends. Superior written communication abilities. The Manager Information Technology will coordinate all operational aspects of the IT Department from network operations to data storage and backup. Provides leadership in planning and managing all computer related services and support, systems and database administration, and network operations The Manager IT will ensure systems performance and service level requirements are met. Will also manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands. Implements IT continuous improvement programs driven by metrics, within enterprise guidelines. Manages relationships with key IT product and services providers. Managing computer systems, hardware installation, networking and backup systems required.

Women candidates would be preferred. Maximum age-35 years. Keeps custody of Petty Cash and prepares Petty Cash Receipt and Payment Vouchers including Cash Reimbursement Summary as & when required. Maintains Cash Book of the Fund. Keeps cash in safe custody and restricts access of cash to authorized personnel only. Prepares all receipt, payments & journal vouchers of the Fund. Checks all invoices, bills before making payment and ensures that they are approved by the concerned officials. Prepares monthly payroll and transfers salaries to bank accounts. Assists in monthly closing of the Fund. Assists in preparation of Financial Statements. Assists in filing of tax returns and statements. Prepares reports & summaries as required. Prepares Expense Variance Analysis on monthly basis with the approved Budget of Fund. Preparing/Checking Commission Statements of CDC and brokers etc. and making payments.

Maximum age-45 years. Provide the timely administrative support for meetings. Conduct timely maintenance and management of officer vehicles. Conduct repair and maintenance of office assets etc. Use and maintain office camera security, and biometric attendance system. Maintain stock register and responsible for issuance of stationary as well as all other necessary things for official use. Arrange office dinners and other functions. Coordinate with AM Procurement to assist in procurement procedure. Supervise receptionist, drivers, rider, Peon and Cleaner. Any other duty assigned by the line manager or Head of Investment.

11 DATABASE OFFICER Assistant Fund Manager 60,000/- per month One (Male I Female) Eliqibilitv Criteria Bachelor degree in Business Studies / Statistics or other discipline with 3 years' experience in financial database maintaining at SECP licensed Asset Management, Life Insurance or other (pension! providentl development) investment fund operating organizations either in government or NGOs / corporates. OR Bachelor degree in Business Studies I Statistics or other discipline with 3 years' general experience and a strong demonstrable Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint capability (Publisher would be a plus). 1-year Diploma in IT/computer in addition to Bachelors would be preferred. Maximum age 37 years. Competencies: Good at data analysis, making charts, and putting in PowerPoint presentations. Excellent Excel skills to maintain a database in Excel. Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Superior written communication abilities. Maintain database in Excel of financial and economic variables required for investment analysis and recommendations. Examples are stocks prices, Historical GDP growth rates, interest rates, fund performances etc. Pull and gather financial data in excel from multiple sources e.g. internet websites, or specialized Bloomberg terminal Maintain front office records Other Responsibilities: Maintain, and implement procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of database. Any other duty assigned by the Head of Investment / line manager.
