The Company started its journey in the world of Information Technology with a small group of software developers with skilled technical resources. The company will add outside directors to the board and find individuals, who are well conversed with the industry and able to guide the company in business development strategies. DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for the overall management under the direct supervision of the Board of Directors. He is a technical person and purely software professional as well as experienced in Management; he is guiding the technical staff. The head of operations is guiding general staff of the company with prior approval from the board. The Head of operations is maintaining liaison with Banks and other organizations in all matters and is responsible to provide pertinent information, data, reports, etc. as and when deem essential. The company is maintaining its own books of accounts. CORPORATE POLICY The company s main policy is to grow in a dynamic and steady way. For this reason, the company gives value to its human resources as the key component for its success. So, the company has set a policy to grow the knowledge of the human resources from the beginner level to expert and to retain them through different organizational practices.
