Yours faithfully, Nikitas Katsaras General Manager of Altec Software New company profile The implementation plan of Altec s reorganization has been completed by the demerger of ALTEC SA into two new businesses, ALTEC SOFTWARE and ALTEC INTEGRATION. This reorganization expresses the new orientation of the administration in the field of software development and the integrated IT services provision, where it holds a leading position. The new plan has been approved on 31/7/2009 according to the decision of the Athens prefect under protocol number EM 20876/ and ΕΜ 20877/ Altec Software S.A. under the trade name "Altec Software" is a software company specialized in the development of reliable software and the provision of qualitative services. It is addressed to businesses and organizations of private sector, where it activates for more than 27 years, with specialized IT solutions, offering a wide range of client list from various fields of market. Major Sponsor ALTEC was one of the sponsors of the 11 th GREEK ICT FORUM which was held at the INTERCONTINENTAL hotel on Wednesday 4 & Thursday 5 November specializing in Utilizing the Informatics & Communication Technology both in Private and Public Sector. 3 Business Intelligence A major collaboration between Altec Software and the Swedish company Qliktech International, one of the biggest companies in developing Business Intelligence applications, has been signed. Altec Software has incorporated this tool at xline ERP and Atlantis ERP product series as a part of the Tasks Menu under the name "SALES ANALYZER". The aim of the company is to enter business data analysis in the daily operation of Greek businesses. The module offers the company proper informing with many displays that can be dynamically combined. It compares and analyzes information with multiple dimensions, such as categorization of items, services, geographical areas, income resources etc, presenting the results in various forms of reports and charts. Finally, Altec Software makes available all versions of Qlikview platform, which includes the applications design tools both for utilization of Qlikview products and data analysis of any other application or database.
