3 Description The Texas A&M University System, on behalf of the department of Facilities Planning and Construction is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of a new visual monitoring system for the new Speech and Hearing Clinic which will be in the West Texas A&M University Amarillo Center, Amarillo, TX. The clinic will consist of 12 rooms to be outfitted with the monitoring systems. Awarded vendor shall provide a turnkey solution. The timeframe for this system must be implemented between August 1 and August 15, Bidders must acknowledge they can meet this time frame in the prerequisites and questions section of this bid. Bidders shall offer pricing for each line item of this bid. Also required is your company itemized quote that shows details of the models, brand, specifications of the items you are bidding. Specifications/literature of the product(s) you are offering must be also included with your bid response. There are accessibility requirements in this bid.
