Ricoh Nelspruit Ricoh South Africa began operating in 1921, making it one of the oldest office automation companies in Southern Africa. It is a wholly owned operating company within the Ricoh Group. The Ricoh Group embarked on a global rebranding process in 2006, standardising the Ricoh brand in its subsidiary operations around the world. In July 2009 Gestetner underwent the name change to Ricoh. Ricoh Nelspruit, since its opening in 1999, has offered consulting specialists and service engineers who offer service and support throughout the Ehlanzeni Region, mainly in Mpumalanga, but including areas as far away as Limpopo and Mozambique.

6 Smart Machine Sales Department Our Machine Sales Department comprises several Sales Consultants and a Contracts Administrator under the leadership of our Machine Sales Manager, Tim Walker. We look at a company s business processes and provide smart Document Management Strategies and services, which deliver long-term commercial benefits, based on the client s key business requirements. Telesales Department Our Telesales Department includes several Telesales Consultants who are skilled in any form of telephonic support you can imagine, from office furniture, IT equipment, Ricoh projectors and binders to a simple eraser or box of paper. Our areas of service include companies as far as Mozambique! The Telesales Department reports to our Telesales Manager, Chantel Weyers. Technical Department Ricoh Nelspruit s Technical Department aims to deliver with dedication and to provide quality parts and consumables at competitive prices and with superior service levels, defining us as one of the industry leaders. Our Technical Department s continued improvement strategy has allowed us to develop business processes with the aim of exceeding our customers expectations and streamlining business for a better overall experience. 7 Full Service Maintenance Agreement Ricoh undertakes to maintain all contracted equipment in good working order and takes stewardship of the quality and the reliability of the equipment. Our Maintenance Agreement is fully inclusive of the following: free installation; software installation (1-5 users free); all maintenance of parts and drum; labour and travelling time; inspections and adjustments; and service calls and preventive maintenance.
