Conceptual Light over Ethernet is using the power available in a modern computer network (PoE). By using PoE conversion of main power to the requirements of modern LED systems result in less components, heat loss and easier installation.

12 Innovation Climate Ceiling Conceptual Climate Ceilings control the temperature in an office space much like floor heating does at home. The technology behind it is obviously more complex. Unique at The Edge is the end users ability to mange the temperature by work spot through their smartphone.

13 Innovation Vecos Locker Management System. Locker system driven by the users smartphone/smart card. Conceptual In an un-assigned workplace environment locker need to be facilitated. User can take, release and find their lockers as well as reserve through their smartphones. FM can view and manage all lockers in a central environment.

User will be able to store their coffee preference and get it anywhere within Deloitte.

15 Innovation Parking Conceptual Parking systems are typically stand alone or low integrated systems. IP Parking s system is fully integrated with Deloitte s building access and visitor s management system. Deloitte has chosen IP Parking due to the relationship Deloitte signed with the RAI. Like all other offices in the area, Deloitte by regulation is not allowed to have as many parking spots as it requires. Local government promotes alternative transportation. Due to the nature of our firm we typically are more mobile and have a higher car density, causing a large and flexible demand for parking space.

Almost every single piece of Microsoft s portfolio is in use to provide a seamless layer of interaction between the many different systems, the user and data mart, allowing us to get insight in how we can improve our use of the building.
