4 CLOUD COMPUTING Cloud computing has evolved significantly over recent year and with improvements in security and technology, it has become far more compatible than legacy onpremises desktop ERP. Typically the minimum requirement of Cloud ERP would be a web browser to run it easily. With Leego s Cloud ERP, customer still has the option to run their ERP on premises, on cloud or hybrid. 5 CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT Leego s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is blended completely into ERP as one system, it linked through to Activities Based Costing (ABC) which close the loop of costing that standalone CRM can t achieve. This CRM is beyond a customer database, it manages customer Request for Quotation (RFQ), Order Review across departments, Cost Estimation and Quotation. Under the Cost Estimation, it breakdowns all direct (material, machining cost, packaging, shipping, secondary process and/or outsourcing) and indirect costs (administrative cost, packing materials, etc.) In addition, when the margin component is provided, system will auto calculate the estimated Selling Price for user reference. Salesperson can quote with multi- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) range and generate a quotation in corporate format with a few clicks away. 6 SALES MANAGEMENT In Leego s Sales Management, it consists a comprehensive structure to manage customer master, sales order fulfilment and selling price as any mistakes or slow responses will be impacting customer satisfaction directly. The simplified Sales Order (SO) gives customer service to process customer Purchase Order (PO), view stock balance and selling price swiftly. Customer Service can track each sales order fulfilment, order status and respond customer with planned Estimated Arrival (ETA) date on one page. On the management level, Leego s Sales Management is featured with Selling Price approval function that helps management to better control the agreed selling price and by multi-moq range. The approved selling price will be applied for repeating orders until a new selling price has been approved. 7 JOB SCHEDULING Leego s Job Schedule provides planner a platform to manage six demand types of Job Order (JO) including Sales Order, Replacement, Rework, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), New Production Introduction (NPI), and Manual. The travel card will be prepared instantly from the process routing master that has been approved by Engineering. It is also integrated with bar code technologies that ease the production status updated from the production floor. In Leego s Job Schedule, the planner has the options to do job schedule using auto or manual loading. For manual loading, it comes with user-friendly drag & drop function. Leego s job scheduling is a comprehensive and ultradetailed planner that plan to machine and operation levels. 8 JOB STATUS VIEW Leego s Job Status View serves as a production hub that connect the production floor to office for optimized and responsive operation. Real-time production data with relevant and timely information (such as operation status, materials availability and PO status) for schedule adherence and adjustments. Job Status View is a common and intuitive control panel to capture real-time production and waste data (such as machine, operation and employee), this automation will reduce manual data collection for analysis activities. Operation efficiency will be calculated upon completion declared and indicators will be displayed instantly. In process defects are traceable that is useful for root cause analysis and improvement. Any operation delay will be escalated to the planner for taking necessary actions. 9 BILL OF MATERIAL In Leego s Engineering module, it aims to ensure that engineer has the right materials and documents to make the right products. These information are summarized in the master list called Bill of Material (BOM). In Leego s BOM, engineer will create and manage the materials, general items, specifications or drawing of each product, required quantity, configuration code (Make, Purchase, Virtual, Inter-company, Miscellaneous or Others) and level relationship to parts, components and final products. 10 PROCESS ROUTING Leego s Process Routing defines and controls the sequence of operations required to manufacture on a given product. In each routing, engineer will define the operation grouping (In-house, outsourced, 100% QC, QC, assembly and others), operation number, operation name, approved work center, machine (optional), suppliers, cycle time, setup time, time allowance, crew size, weight and other key routing data. In Leego s Process Routing, it has the dual-defined function that provides flexibility for planner to change an alternative machine under the same work center when the designated machine in the routing is not available on the scheduled time. It will also calculate the cycle time of each operation automatically. Leego s Process Routing is come with an approval function for engineering control. It can be constructed with unrestricted numbers of operations in each routing book and multiple routing books can be recorded. 11 DOCUMENT PROCEDURES Leego s Document Procedures serve as a centralized document control hub to store and search all documents. On the document procedures page, engineer will upload the attachment for a given part number and revision in accordance to six document categories (drawing, specification, Customer BOM, Procedure, Routing and Others) All uploaded documents will be updated automatically to the BOM as O of BOM configuration code on a given part number and revision. For drawing, it will be updated automatically to BOM, Part Master and Travel Card. It also allows unlimited drawings in any sizes to be uploaded to the server. 10

12 ENGINEERING CHANGE Leego s Engineering Change Request (ECR) manages the change requests of product design. In the ECR, critical information such as customer reference number, affected areas, reason of change, new drawing and etc. will be recorded for review and approval. Once an ECR is submitted, an Engineering Change Notice (ECN) will be created automatically in the centralized ECN database. Engineers will use custom workflows and maintain ongoing documentation of revisions and impacts. One of the key report, the inventory impact report on old revision, can be generated for ECN review together with other information such as reviewed results, disposition, effective cut-in date, etc. will be recorded for approval process. The approval will go through three key departments i.e. engineering, quality and production. Upon ECN approval, a new revision will be generated automatically in the part master. 13 JOB SCANNING PORTAL Leego s Job Scanning Portal is a simplified page for production floor update on job progress. The update in job scanning portal will be updated Job Status View in real-time. This Job Scanning Portal is a friendly and selfsearchable interface that specially designed for the users at the production floor, and ensuring no redundant data entry and accurate data is being registered throughout the all operations processes. To increase data update efficiency, Leego s Job Scanning Portal has integrated this portal with bar code technologies for easy scanning and avoid negligible data entry by operators. By using a bar code embedded travel card, it can capture all the key components in the production floor such as materials usage, actual machine hour, operator name and hour within a few scanning. 14 MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING Leego s Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a material control system to ensure materials and components are available for planned production, and manage purchase to order to achieve the lowest possible level of inventory at the same time. Leego s MRP has chained up from starting point of demand, the Sale Order (for general item) or Job Order (for Part Number), and to BOM, Inventory and Job Schedule. When a Job Order is created, MRP will trigger the BOM of a given part number and pick up BOM item with P configuration code, check stock quantity and shortages. The buyer will be informed automatically on materials or components has shortages that require action on the MRP page. 15 PURCHASING Leego s Purchasing module gives a comprehensive coverage of all purchasing needs and designed to automate supplier interactions and purchasing functions with full traceability and visibility. The Purchase Requisition (PR) enable users to easily request common items and services and it built with automated workflow for electronic review and approval. PR allows combine and add approved PR into new or existing PO or new sourcing. In Leego s Purchasing, buyer will create Purchase Order (PO), including blanket POs and one-time purchase. Control blanket PO release schedules via Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and with electronic approval. Leego s purchasing module maintains a master list of suppliers includes their contacts, particulars, terms, status, supply strategies, commodities and approval. All supplier pricing are centralized and maintained to be applied for PO. The minimum three quotation policy can be accommodated across all PRs. 16 SUPPLIER PORTAL Leego s Supplier Portal brings supplier closer to purchasing department for higher visibility and more effective supply chain. It manages instantaneous and paperless bi-directional communication between purchasing and suppliers. Purchasing department will publish itemized issued Purchase Order, order quantity, goods received quantity, undelivered quantity, drawing, outsource work order, requested ETA, signed Delivery Order, payment status and related information for supplier to download or view. Supplier will update promised date, Invoice, payment receiving, quality report and related information for customer purchase and finance departments. In Leego s Supplier Portal, stage gates has been built in to ensure compliances, smooth purchasing process and effective communication with suppliers to achieve higher productivity in Purchasing. 17 QUALITY MANAGEMENT Leego s Quality Management maintains quality disciplines, tools and techniques to drive inspection data collection. In the control plan, quality department will define specify sample frequency, gaging and other quality-oriented data. Inspection data collection is one of the key role of quality department by establishing and maintaining a details list of product dimensions and characteristics, assign dimension names and descriptions, gage type, target values, dimensional and attribute tolerances. Where appropriate, define formulas that derive variable specification limits, and keep a complete history of specification changes and applicability over time. All these information need to be managed and ensured traceability. Some common required reports in quality department such as Incoming inspection report, Non- Conformance Report (NCR), Corrective Action Report (CAR) and scrapped report are available. 18 INVENTORY Leego s Inventory is a comprehensive module that gives purchasing more control over stocks with information and functions such as resources types, stock movement, stock location, slow moving items, stock Re- Order Level (ROL), transfer order, stock count, stock adjustment, etc. In Leego s Inventory module, the Inventory items can be designated as finished goods, raw materials, tools or general items so when Sales Order is registered, it will auto-check the stock balance of the given finished goods, and when Job Order is created, it will automatically trigger MRP and display stock balance for raw materials, tools or general items. Leego s Inventory has the transfer order function to manage same raw material in difference sizes, same part number shared by difference customer or substitute part numbers, etc. Goods received against PO with all PO lines will be completed in a full or partial delivery quantity. Goods issued to job will be provided with BOM breakdown view in order to avoid extra quantity issuing. 19 DELIVERY Leego s Delivery allows customer service to easily coordinate delivery schedule to warehouse for shipment preparation including packing list making, Proforma Invoice and Delivery Order (DO) for the scheduled date. Leego s delivery schedule allow customer service to decide partial delivery on the urgency. Automated packing list data such as customer Purchase Order number, ordered items and quantity, delivery remark, Delivery Order and Tax Invoice generation. All DO and Tax Invoice are closely tracked back to Sales Order page in order to ensure no leakage of invoice happened in the company. Printing is just a click action without any typing and respective DO and Tax Invoice will be downloaded to pdf or MS excel format. Upon DO created, Customer On-Time Delivery (OTD) will be computed automatically. When Tax Invoice is generated, sales revenue will be recorded automatically. 20 ACTIVITY BASED COSTING Profitability is the primary goal of all business ventures but capturing actual costing in the production floor is a common challenge faced by manufacturing enterprises. Leego s Activity Based Costing (ABC) is built on the activity-based and component-based structure that allows traceability to component and activity level. Leego s ABC captures both estimated cost and actual cost, and give real-time profitability indicator and summary to management for quick action. The estimated cost will be captured automatically from CRM when salesperson is quoting to customer based on the estimated cost. The actual cost will be computed automatically from job scanned at production floor (machine, man), actual material issued by inventory and outsource Work Order issued to vendor, etc. by job, activity or component level. 22 USER RIGHTS MANAGEMENT Leego s User Rights Management mechanisms allow company to manage user access rights, user and system password provisioning and management. It gives administrator to determine authorization on what a user can do with the system. In Leego s user rights management, it provides user the identification and authentication to determine who can log on to a system, and the association of users with the information and documents they are able to access, view, edit, delete and/or approve.
