3 QUICK FACTS OVERVIEW SOLUTION Omni-Channel for mytoys The MYTOYS GROUP is Europe s number-one online retailer for family shopping. Headquartered in Berlin, the group launched the mytoys online store selling toys and child-related products in Furthermore, mytoys supports its sales activities through 16 physical stores of the same name across Germany. IRRITATING BUG FIXES HAVE BEEN REDUCED TO AN ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, WHICH NOW FREES UP MUCH MORE TIME FOR OUR APPLICATION DEVELOPERS TO SPEND ON MORE INTERESTING TASKS. In order to fully implement the planned omnichannel approach, mytoys sought a high-performance and state-of-the-art point-of-sale (POS) application for all its stores which would help to ensure seamless connectivity between the various sales channels. The top priority was to offer customers a smooth and convenient shopping experience, whether in the online store or in a physical store. After an intensive evaluation phase, mytoys decided on eurosuite by AWEK GmbH, thanks in particular to its omni-channel functionalities and the extremely short implementation phase of just three months. Additionally, mytoys was impressed by eurosuite s high level of standardization which meant that only minor customer-specific adjustments had to be made to the software. Work got under way on the project as soon as the agreement had been signed, and the projectspecific developments were completed just two months later. These included the integration of Germany s most widely used loyalty scheme: the PAYBACK card. To manage its countless promotional activities, mytoys chose eurosuite s europromo module which centralizes the delivery of all promotions across the sales channels. The agile approach of the mytoys and AWEK project teams supported transparency and efficiency, both of which were key success factors in the rapid rollout and integration of eurosuite. 04 / 06

5 QUICK FACTS OVERVIEW SOLUTION Innovative omni-channel functionalities The integration with the ORACLE ebusiness Suite demonstrates just how flexible eurosuite is. Sales through the online store can now also be synchronized online with the ERP system. This enables shoppers in the online store to see stock levels in the physical stores too, opening up new possibilities for click & collect services as well as many other opportunities for the mytoys developers to explore new and innovative functionalities. Now that the mytoys development team has successfully integrated eurosuite with the ERP system, the new solution provides an optimal foundation for modern-day omni-channel retailing as well as for mytoys further expansion plans in the near future. 05 / 06
