Our worldwide organization has a good relationship with the leading manufacturers, and we offer our customers a broad range of high quality items. Our quality assurance organization maintains a list of approved vendors which many of our customers also utilize.

6 Valve automation and workshop services MRC Global offers its customers versatile valve automation, valve modification and testing services. Our worldwide automation centers and workshops employ over 200 automation experts who serve our customers in many different needs: Design and sizing of actuated and control valves Testing and calibration of all automation packages Design of assembly parts Stress calculations Valve modification Pressure testing Positive Material Identification (PMI) CAD-drawings (on request) Digital solutions MRC Global continually invests in new technologies in order to better adapt to our customers needs and to offer better and more efficient service concepts. 7 Quality program Our quality program is one of our biggest strengths. A key part of this process is formed by our vendor audits, receiving inspections and nonconformance management. The implementation of these processes is overseen by group of experts with a long experience in PVF products, from several different sectors.
