2 ACHIEVEMENTS- Facility set up- The fabrication work facility was set up by me for- Qatar Indo fabs- Established two fabrication facilities, each 5500 SQM. RAMCO- Steel Division- at New Industrial Area SQM of which 4320 as built up. Steel Master Limited- Total 13,200 SQM of which 7600 SQM was built up. The entire machinery and stores were moved without affecting any project schedules. Resources Set up- All resources (Man power & Machinery) were set up for Qatar Indo Fabs Re structured man power resources for Leo Steel. Re structured entire operations for RAMCO steel division and Steel Master Ltd. All workers were evaluated as per skills and unskilled were replaced with skilled ones through vigorous recruitment drives. Required staff and engineers were recruited to handle various functions. Procurement of required machinery s for new facility based on work load budgeted and man power resources. Process Set Up- Devised perfect work flow that would protect the client s interest. Integrated all functional activates Obtained ISO for all the three companies Leo, RAMCO and Steel Master ltd. Major Successful Projects- Qatar New Doha International Airport. (Approx MT- Various Packages) Doha International Airport. Planning equipment s and machinery requirements based on present load and the future projected load. 4. Project planning and management through a core functional team spanned across the pre- contract process flow that included Estimation, Mapping the technical requirements, negotiation, contract signature.; while the post contract flow encompassed Planning, Technical Appraisal, Shop Drawings, Consultants approvals, procurement, production, Quality control, erection thro project engineers, delivery based revenue generation, Project completion terminating with obtaining completion certificate. 5. Evolve a market strategy and penetration of various market segments 6. Process and systems integration and management that would address the requirements of management information system. 7. Out-sourcing the right sub-contractors based on requirement and the time frame. IT Industry: -(Business Development) - Had handled SW products as the BDM for products addressing the requirements of ERP focused on various modules like sales, purchases, inventory and stores, financials; interacted with several end users for modification/enhancement of various modules and also to determine the value addition through various features. Building Materials-: [Sales, Business Development, Channel Management] - The sale and business generation was mostly through the established channel that enabled interacting with direct agencies (including Government). Channel management enabled collect information about requirement projections for the Agency Projects and ensured flow of materials to various stock points and economizes the transport plan to save on the secondary transport cost.
