2 Setting the Scene: Summary Running an institutional quality asset or wealth management business requires far more planning and strategic thought than ever before. Target Operating Model (TOM): We document the current TOM and work with the client on the future proposed TOM. Resource: We provide expert change resources to support your organisation with the delivery throughout the project phases. Training requirements: Identify and plan your training requirements 2
