We ensure our clients maximise the potential of their IT infrastructure whilst reducing costs associated with employing in house IT support. 11 Financial Performance & Achievements 2017 Financial Highlights Turnover grew by 9.5m (21%) to 55m. 8m of this was organic growth. Further acquisitions added 1.5m of additional revenue. Gross profit grew by over 22% to 18.3m. 13 Priorities for 2018 Strategic Aims Focus Group s commercial strategy and core values are essential to the Group s success. We have outlined some key objectives for the coming years; To Attract & Retain the Best People To Provide Award-Winning Customer Service To Achieve Operational Excellence To Maintain our Core Values To be Environmentally Sustainable Office Relocation Our new Head Office begins being built in March At almost 30,000sq ft, it will facilitate our aggressive growth plans. We are also setting up a new regional office in Kent in early Customer Centricity In 2017 we implemented NPS surveys to measure customer satisfaction. While the results were excellent, achieving an NPS score of 58, we are committed to enhancing our customers experience yet further. In 2018 we will be launching a new Customer Service & Experience team. Acquisitions To compliment our continued organic growth, we intend to make a series of acquisitions over the next few years. We are looking to secure up to 25m of funding for this in the first half of ERP Investment This year we are making a significant investment in developing our own ERP solution. The platform will enhance functions and create efficiencies in a range of areas within the business.
