3 1 OUR HISTORY till today 1979 Foundation of WEBER as a service provider for constructions 1985 Expansion of the range of services in planning and design to include the manufacture of plants and special machine construction 1994 Expansion in the fi eld of engineering Use in the fi elds of electronics and software development 1998 Planning, completion and move into the new headquarter in Aschaffenburg, Wailandtstraße 6 Growth and innovation at the turn of the millennium 1999 Expansion of the electronics department to include software and hardware tests (environmental simulation) 2001 Certifi cation according to DIN EN ISO Construction of a test laboratory for climate testing, vibration testing, shock testing 2009 Accreditation of our test laboratory acc. to DIN EN ISO/IEC Business expansion: Opening of the Darmstadt branch offi ce 2012 Business expansion: Opening of the Pforzheim branch offi ce 2016 Relocation of the Pforzheim branch to Leinfelden-Echterdingen, the direct catchment area of the city of Stuttgart.
