2 Global DMS Release Summary for etrac Version 5.7 ENHANCEMENTS RealView Requires RealView App Global DMS is now partnered with Platinum Data to offer an integration with their flagship appraisal review platform, RealView. RealView is a business rules engine that rapidly processes and analyzes uploaded UAD XML appraisal files for compliance, completeness, and consistency versus appraisal industry guidelines and your own customized appraisal review rule set. This innovative, configurable and highly sophisticated platform significantly enhances appraisal quality control and assurance, empowering users to thoroughly and quickly review appraisals with a significant reduction - as much as 60% - in review time and errors. A contract with Platinum Data is required prior to establishing the integration with etrac. Additional RealView product information can be found in the Review Product section of the etrac Data Store. page 1

3 To run RealView (Platinum Data contract and RealView app required): 1. Access the Staff Module Order Details or Print Order screen. 2. Click Files Available For Download button to view uploaded UAD XML appraisal file(s). 3. The RealView link will display in the Options column of the Files Available for Download table for each uploaded UAD XML file type. 4. Clicking the RealView link will run RealView on the selected UAD XML file. 5. A system message will indicate that the request is queued for submission. 6. Clicking the OK button will refresh the Files Available for Download screen. page 2

4 7. RealView is uploaded to Files Available for Download in.html and.xml file formats. 8. Click on the.html file name link to view interactive RealView results. page 3

5 Order Form The Order Form has been modified as follows: The Notes/Special Instructions field will now support a character limit of 4,500 characters. A HARP option has been added to the Loan Type field. Enhanced Security Requires Enhanced Security App The Enhanced Security app has been modified to enforce a password history of 12 unique new passwords that must be associated with a user account before an old password can be reused. This password policy will apply to the Staff, Client and Vendor Module users when they are periodically required to update their passwords. page 4

6 AVM/Data Analytics Requires AVM App STAFF MODULE An Add AVM/Data Analytics Order button has been added to the left navigation menu of the Main tab. (Visibility can be controlled by an Enhanced User Permission for Add AVM/Data Analytics Orders found under the Main Menu. Requires User Permissions app). AVM/Data Analytics orders will be assigned the next available File Number if the system setting: Would you like your file numbers to automatically increment sequentially? is set to Auto. Staff Users will be able to add additional AVM/Data Analytics products via the Order AVM/Data Analytics button or clone the order information to an appraisal order via the Add Appraisal Order button. The status of AVM/Data Analytics orders can be viewed via the AVM/Data Analytics Status button. Successfully run AVM/Data Analytics orders in the Staff Module will move to a Completed status Unsuccessful AVM/Data Analytics orders in the Staff Module will move to a AVM Submission Failed status NOTE: The Order AVM/Data Analytics button will still be displayed on the Order Details screen of existing appraisal orders. page 5

7 The most recently ordered AVM/Data Analytics product will be displayed first in the Staff Module Data Store (AVM/Data Analytics screen). A Product Information section has been added to the Staff Module AVM/Data Analytics Order Details screen to display: Date Run, AVM/Data Analytics Name, Fee, Ordered By (Staff User, Client User or Workflow Engine), and Status. page 6

8 An Ordered By column has been added to the Staff Module AVM/Data Analytics Order Queue to display the user who placed the AVM/Data Analytics order (Staff User, Client User or Workflow Engine). The Staff Module AVM/Data Analytics Order Queue screen will now adhere to the setup style configured via Setup Setup Style. CLIENT MODULE The most recently ordered AVM/Data Analytics product will be displayed first in the Client Module Data Store (AVM/Data Analytics screen). File Numbers will automatically be assigned to AVM/Data Analytics orders created in the Client Module if the system setting: Would you like your file numbers to automatically increment sequentially? is set to Auto. A Product Information section has been added to the Client Module AVM/Data Analytics Order Details screen to display: Date Run, AVM/Data Analytics Name, Fee, Ordered By (Staff User, Client User or Workflow Engine), and Status. An Ordered By column has been added to the Client Module AVM/Data Analytics Orders Queue (Main AVM/Data Analytics Orders) to display the user who placed the AVM/Data Analytics order (Staff User, Client User or Workflow Engine). Client Users will now be able to filter the view on the Client Module AVM/Data Analytics Orders Queue screen (Main AVM/Data Analytics Orders) by 1 Day, 1 Week (default view), 2 Weeks, 1 Month, 2 Months, or Last Year, and select the number of rows to be shown per page. page 7

9 The Client Module Order AVM/Data Analytics, AVM/Data Analytics Order Details, and AVM/Data Analytics Orders Queue screens will now adhere to the setup style configured via Setup Setup Style. Appraiser Quality Scoring Requires Appraiser Quality Scoring App A new app has been created to score vendors based on the Quality of Appraisal and Customer Service. Added a Quality of Appraisal Score field with a scoring system from to the Score Vendor screen. Added a Customer Service Score field with a scoring system from to the Score Vendor screen. The Quality of Appraisal Score and Customer Service Score fields will be available for weighting on the Enhanced Appraiser Scoring configuration screen. Requires Enhanced Appraiser Scoring app. page 8

Requires Enhanced Appraiser Scoring app. The Quality of Appraisal Score and Customer Service Score fields will be added to etrac Report Builder for reporting at the order level (General Report). Requires etrac Report Builder app. MARS (MISMO Automated Review System) Requires MARS App New MARS Rules have been added to the UAD compliant forms (1004, 2055, 1073 and 1075) in support of the following UCDP hardstops: - Subject and Comparable Address (including unit number for condominiums) - Subject Contract Date - Comparable Date of Sale/Time REProf Payment: Receipt to Vendor An " Receipt to Vendor" button has been added to the Real Estate Professionals Payment Results screen to trigger an confirmation of payment to the vendor. page 9

11 MAINTENANCE Login Screens The system login screens have been updated to display a generic Your username and password combination is invalid. message on unsuccessful login attempts for the Staff, Client and Vendor Modules. System Settings When the system setting: "If the Vendor changes in an order, do you want to re-calculate Date Needed and Date Due From Appraiser? is set to No, the Date Due from Appraiser is no longer recalculated when an order is reassigned to a different vendor using the "Auto-Assign" or "Find Vendor" links. Staff Module Order Form: Clone this Order Function Cloned orders will no longer be auto-assigned and trigger an order acceptance to the vendor if the system setting: "Would you like orders to be Auto-assigned to an appraiser when entered by a Client or uploaded?" is set to Yes. NOTE: A back-end setting is available to facilitate the auto-assignment of cloned orders based on this setting, if this functionality is desired. Status Notification s Resolved issue with Status Notification s not displaying apostrophes ( ) correctly. Standard Queues: Appraiser Acceptance Timeout Queue The Appraiser Acceptance Timeout Queue has been updated to filter out orders in the Declined by Vendor status. Orders in the Declined by Vendor status are displayed in the Declined by Vendor Queue. Accounting: Invoices Text entered via system setting: "Enter a message to display at the bottom of the Invoice (big font). Text will appear centered at the bottom of the invoice. is now displaying correctly in Firefox and Chrome internet browsers. page 10

12 Accounting: Invoices An error message is no longer returned when viewing invoices where a check number has not been entered for a client payment. Accounting: REProf Payment An error message is no longer returned when attempting to pay Sales Rep vendors via the Real Estate Professionals Payment screen. Accounting: REProf Payment Resolved compatibility issue with the Export To Excel option not functioning on the Real Estate Professionals Payment Results screen in Firefox and Chrome internet browsers. Accounting: Single Client Statement Report Resolved compatibility issue with printing Single Client Statement report in Firefox internet browser. Accounting Reports Resolved issue with AVM/Data Analytics orders not displaying in Accounting Reports. Daily Dashboard Resolved issue with AVM/Data Analytics orders not displaying in Daily Dashboard Reports. Vendor Module: Receivables Reports Requires Allow Vendors to see their Receivables? system setting to be set to Yes The Vendor Module Receivables reports have been modified to accommodate multiple vendor payments on a single order. The Receivable Open report will now display all orders with outstanding balances, even if a partial payment has been made. The Receivables Paid and Receivables Paid by Date Range reports will only display orders with a 0.00 balance. Master Fee Tables Requires Master Fee Tables App The Create button will now be disabled when creating or editing regional fee tables in order to prevent fee tables from being duplicated inadvertently. page 11

13 etrac Report Builder Requires etrac Report Builder App etrac Report Builder reports have been modified to allow aliased database fields to be utilized as report filters. etrac-to-etrac Requires Non-Editable Client User Fields App etrac-to-etrac product mapping functionality will now apply to the Non-Editable Client User Fields Order Form. Web Services Requires Web Services Integration. The Date Assigned field is now populated on the Staff Module Order Details screen when orders originate from Web Services. page 12
