2 Prcedural backgrund (1) The Bard, at EB 82, cnsidered the cncept nte n simplificatin and streamlining f the CDM, and agreed t the prpsal with the fllwing guidance: Cnfirmed that a hlistic apprach with a pririty n the prject cycle is needed Requested t launch a call fr public input after EB 82 Requested t prepare a cncept nte fr EB 84, prpsing issues t be addressed and ideas fr pssible changes Agreed t decide at EB 84 n the necessity f wrkshp Nted that amendments t sme specific regulatins culd be cnsidered by the Bard in 2015, while thers (e.g. full revisin f PS, VVS and PCP) will need t be cnsidered in 2016 A call fr public input (26 Feb 26 Mar 2015) received 12 submissins prviding 63 specific inputs 2
