8 Project proposal o Introduce: modern industry terminals in Yard printing of wbs codes on job pack bar code scanning functionality on the clocks o Reuse existing employee cards o Produce complete records ready for approval in SAP o Live master data and transactions clock <-> SAP o Fully extendable to web and mobile interfaces for: time, travel expense, approval workflows and other functions

9 Recommended solution o PCS Industry terminals (Windows 10 PC s) Intus 6200 and Intus 6800 wireless terminals with barcode scanners Clock in out at gate, wbs scanning and detail entries at various worksites Used as Info terminals if required o Web based SAP Fiori software from Bouvet and Neptune Neptune is Aibel s SAP mobility platform, and used in warehouse management o Time process improvements Organize barcode scanning- terminal placement, mass scanning Correct and available master data work schedules, wbs register, employee data
