The Essential license offers a basic SLA and the base functionalities without the option to customize. Would you like to add your own integrations and look and feel, then you are better served with the Enterprise license. With the Multi-tenant license, you receive all Enterprise functionalities and in addition 24/7 support, and the option to have several stores in one platform.
