New User Track For people interested basic software usage ranging from data entry to reviewing options. Useful information for everyone whether they work in the shop or Engineering office. Windows and Knowledge for Users 2. IT/IS and Systems Administration Support Track For people interested in setting up databases and managing the application more from systems perspective. Database engine and Server Operating System Knowledge TINT1003 Installation and System Administration 3. Super User / Domain Administration Track For those interested in SPI domain setup and configuration. In this course, students will learn use of new features as well as ways to customize the Report Generator (formerly Enhanced Smartloop, or ESL) output.
