We need the agility to be competitive when prices, policy, technology and customer preferences are changing and that s what we get with AWS. 15 The Customer Care Paradox Customer Care is plagued with long wait times, infuriating IVRs and repeated calls to get resolution. The alternative is web sources, but these can drive dissatisfaction 1 38% had trouble finding information on the website 34% said the information took too long to load 28% said the websites were not personalized Personalized service is a key driver, and more than 50% of the consumers in competitive markets said they would consider moving energy providers if the incumbent s products and services were not personalized to their needs. Utilities need to move from a model based purely on transactions to one that is built on customer relationships. There are over 45 million ( and rising) Americans talking to an AI assistant inside smart speakers. Approximately 68% (~31M) will be talking to Amazon s Alexa 2. Mobile device and other embedded apps add to this

It s also the only device which can manage all the smart appliances in your home, providing simplicity and comfort. And soon, Sowee will also be able to control the energy production of your photovoltaic panels and the charging of your electric car.
