28 Click to Dial The click to dial feature enables reps to eliminate manual dialing from their workflow by turning all phone numbers inside of the CRM and on any page in their browser into a clickable hyperlink. When clicked, Tenfold will initiate a call directly from the reps phone to the number they have clicked on through its native integration into their phone system. The reps phone will begin ringing. When they pick up, they will be seamlessly connected to the number they have clicked on in the CRM. 29 Floating UI (Inbound/Outbound Screen-pop) The floating user interface (UI), also referred to as screen pop or extension, displays caller information on the screen for all outbound calls, whether a user manually dials or uses click to dial. Caller information is displayed on the screen for all inbound calls as well, whether a call comes in through a queue or the rep is dialed directly. Caller information screen-pops display whether or not the user is inside of the CRM. 31 Automatically Log all Calls in your CRM All Inbound and Outbound calls are automatically logged in the CRM including start time, stop time, duration and direction. Even if the user is not in front of their computer and not logged into the CRM, the call will be captured. 32 Create New Records when No Match Found When calls are made and received, there are 3 potential outcomes when you search by phone number. You can find a single match, multiple matching records with the phone number, or no matching records with that number. When no matching records are found, Tenfold allows you to type in a name or company name and create a new lead, contact, account or custom object with a single click. The call you are on, the name you typed and the phone number are all automatically filled/related to the new record. It takes a long time to manually create leads, contacts and accounts in the CRM Many times no record is created if the call is not urgent or there is no immediate opportunity Enabling easy record creation increases the amount of lead capture and data in the CRM This helps marketing teams see more value on their marketing spend (increasing capture) Tenfold also enables you to search for existing records before creating to deduplicate

33 Add New Number to an Existing Contact In some cases, when no matching record is found in the system, the record does in fact exist, but the number is just not related to it. This can happen if you only capture someone s or if they call you from their cell and you only have their office line in the system as a few examples. Tenfold allows you to quickly search by name or company name for matching records. If the right record exists, simply clicking on it will take you into the single match screen and automatically add the new number as a secondary number to the existing record. This helps reduce the number of duplicate records by making it easy to scrub before creating The next time that individual or company calls from the number, it will be recognized instantly Ensures that the data in the CRM stays current and up to date as numbers change

34 Technical Details Tenfold connects directly to the phone system backend. This means the PBX system developed and opened up a real-time event API to us so we can subscribe and see all events for the phone system from a single end point. This is the preferred means of integration.
