3 LATEST FEATURES The Submittal Generator One of the more powerful features introduced recently in Studio360 is the Submittal Generator. The Submittal Generator allows you to compile all types of submittal documents (including drawings, cutsheets, letters, spreadsheets, and reports) into a single structured PDF file. The document can include sections, multiple tables of contents and title sheets to generate a professional looking submittal PDF document with bookmarks and page numbers. Best of all, if you update one of the documents in your project, you just have to press a button to regenerate the submittal again no manual reassembly required. To find out more, please watch the Studio360 Knowledge Reinforcement Session for a complete discussion and training. There are also several quick help videos available: Part 1: How to add a submittal to a project Part 2: Adding Drawings to a Submittal Part 3: Adding Part PDFs to a Submittal Part 4: Adding 360 Reports to a Submittal Part 5: Adding Project Files to a Submittal Page 3

4 SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC PRODUCT UPDATES Parts, Prices, PDFs - Keep your Part Data Current! The Studio 360 Master parts database is a critical component of the 360 platform. Providing a portfolio of over 25,000 parts, the parts database is undergoing constant change to keep the information current. It is important that your office stay up to date with those changes to make sure you have the most current product, pricing, and pdf information. With each major update to the database, such as the recent Kele price adjustment, the revision of the master parts database is incremented to alert all office admins that significant changes should be published to your users. But during routine maintenance, the versions do not receive this increment. It is good practice for your office admins to synchronize the master database and publish to your users at least once a week, even if the version number has not changed. This will ensure your Studio 360 users always have the current product information. Updating the database only takes a few minutes and this quick video will show you the simple steps to insure your users are up to date.: Admin Keeping Part information current April 1 st Kele Price Adjustments and More The partnership between Schneider Electric and Kele to supply various sourced products to meet the needs of your projects has been very successful. Recently Kele announced some price changes that went into effect April 1, Due to some changes in market prices, Kele has received price increases from many of its suppliers and as a result has had to adjust their prices. All current pricing for Kele product should be reflected in the current Studio 360 Master Database. In that same announcement, Kele restated their program to help keep you competitive on large jobs. The Large Project Program discount is a great opportunity to reduce your project spend. The program threshold has been reduced to $7,500 and leveraging this program through the Schneider Electric/Kele partnership provides many additional benefits. If you missed the original announcement, you can view it here: Kele March Announcement Page 4
