2 Toolkit Laptop with last version of software CashDro.exe installed Spare parts Kit consisting of: - Coin Validator - Coin Dispenser - Complete Bill Device - Power supply - Wires - Communication Hub Allen wrench -M3, M5, M7 Pipe wrench Nº 7 Torx wrench TX08 and TX15 Big Phillips Screwdriver Small Phillips Screwdriver

3 Devices utilities Inside Settings menu of CashDro.exe you can access to sections Bills and Coins to to update the firmware or initialize levels devices. It is recommended to initialize coins levels always there has been manipulation of Coin Dispenser or is needed to make a replacement of this. Regarding the bills it is recommended to make Empty recycler when you need to make a replacement of the Bill Device. In case of jam of bills in the Bill Recycler, it is recommended to do first a manual empty.

4 Firmware update In Windows7 is need give writing permission to the file corresponding to the device firmware update Bill Device CashDro4 When the firmware has been updated successfully, the front light turns off and you need to restart CashDro2 Bill Device CashDro2

Check in device manager there is no conflicts with any Driver, especially ports COM (USB Serial Port) Remove the Coin Dispenser and reconnect, checking that is well anchored to the base Check in CashDro.exe CashDro model is properly configured Check there is no other instance of software in action, restart the computer Light status lights of Coin Dispenser?
