5 IDC Engineering Services Approach Management Consulting Companies possessing specialized services, experience and assistance with streamlining, managing or improving efficiency of utility systems and programs are encourages to submit their qualifications for review and consideration. Such areas of potential service include, but are not limited to, operational evaluations/improvements, delivery of initiatives/programs, staffing assistance, financial analysis, energy evaluations/reductions. Companies should clearly state the services they are proposing to provide and identify their Project Team members and key qualifications for this work as identified in the RFQ. This Category is not exclusive to engineering firms but can also include other companies led by a project manager certified in his/her field of expertise for the services being proposed.
