GENERAL USEFUL FEATURES P2ware systems can be adapted t any methd f prject, prgrams and prtflis management implemented by clients, imprving their prductivity by: cvering and integrating all aspects f prject, prgram and prtfli management, als integrated with ther IT systems autmatin f management prcesses (wrkflws) implementing in practice the principle f "zer redundancy", i.e. the infrmatin is: stred in the system nly in ne place easily accessible, when and where it is needed related t all bjects it cncerns (e.g. a risk assciated with particular prduct, activity r resurce) minimizing infrmatin nise (user websites cntain nly the infrmatin they need t see r t enter int the system). In particular, the system enables prject management in the full scpe f requirements f the PRINCE2 Methd (als in the 2017 versin) ensuring full integratin f the daily lg, risk, quality and issue registers and lessns learned entered with ther bjects, e.g. with prducts, activities, resurces r cst items The sftware allws t start using the system in a basic scpe immediately after installing and cnfiguring withut the need t design and t adapt it. Server sftware enables wrk using web brwsers (Micrsft Edge, Ggle Chrme, Mzilla Firefx). The package includes sftware installed n wrkstatins (desktp) allwing wrk "ffline" after dwnlading the prject plan frm the server. The desktp sftware has a versin that allws yu t pen prject plans in "readnly" mde, which des nt allw t make changes t the prject plans. The sftware has been develped since 2004, i.e. since the funding f P2ware Ltd.
