The criteria for pre-qualification are as under :- i) The vendor should be providing catering services of Minimum 150 persons per day in Greater Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai and should be in this line of business for more than 4 years as on ii) The average gross annual turnover of the company during the last 3 years should be more than Rs.1.0 crores. iii) The company should have well established, well ventilated Kitchen and storage space in Greater Mumbai / Navi Mumbai. The built up area of Kitchen and storage space should be more than 3000 Sq. Feet. iv) Required valid Certificates from the authority permitting / inspecting the Kitchen etc. (Health Permit, Business License, Occupational Health and Safety, Fire Protection, Insurance etc.) v) The company should have at least one running contract with PSU, Government or Multinational Companies. 3. The company should have experience of having successfully completed similar works/ contracts in Greater Mumbai / Navi Mumbai (Catering services to reputed Private Sector Organisations / Banks / Central or State Govt.

3 Organisations / large Corporates) during last 4 years ending on either of following:- (a) (b) (c) Three similar completed works / contracts costing not less than Rs.1.20 crores per year. Or Two similar completed works / contracts costing not less than Rs crores per year. Or One similar completed works / contracts costing not less than Rs crores per year. 4. Please read these instructions carefully before filling up the application form. 2. The application must be submitted in the pro-forma to be downloaded from our website. The application is to be submitted in a sealed cover together with the certified and attested true copies of following. (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) Proof of establishment of the Firm and its year. List of Contracts and the Customers where the catering services are being provided. List and Address of the Kitchen and other offices. Required valid Certificates from the authority permitting / inspecting the Kitchen etc. Certificate from a Chartered Accountant on their letterhead specifying the total annual turnover and turnover under catering services for last 4 financial years a) b) c) d) (vi) Certificate regarding completed similar works / contracts of prescribed value (Catering services to reputed Private Sector Organisations / Banks / Central or State Govt. Organisations / large Corporates) during last 4 years ending on (vii) Feedback report / satisfactory completion certificate (during last 4 years) from a few important clients. 3. If the space provided in the form is not sufficient, additional sheets may be attached. Suitable mention of the additional sheets attached to be made in the form. All the additional sheets need authentication. 4. The Bank s representative may visit the applicant s factory site / offices and may also contact his past clients for verification of information given by the applicant. The applicant will be required to give them the necessary facilities for verification. 5. Each page of the application must be signed, dated and rubber stamped by the applicant.
