3 OUR BEGINNING 3 The business started its journey in 1997 caring for the elderly in times of need. The care, compassion and diligent approach of looking after such a vulnerable part of society quickly evolved, and it was with this approach, the business emerged into providing products and services within a diverse range of market segments from fast food restaurants to Betting shops. The rewards of the strong ethics and ethos of the business has now benefited some of the worlds largest brands across the world enabling thousands of staff to be to be reassured 24 hours a days 365 days a year without compromise.

We believe in offering a sympathetic aid to people in times of need during events of anti social behaviour, and prevent where possible distress and anguish to both customers and staff. We aim to provide bespoke products and services to suit our clients business, customers, staff and the environment within which they operate without compromise.

5 ABOUT THE BUSINESS 5 Established in 1997, Positive Response is a pioneer in the research and development of remote safety monitoring. Our StaffSafe product was originally developed in 2003 and it is now being used in thousands of retail outlets across the UK. It has proved to be particularly useful in lone worker situations and in outlets such as off licenses and petrol stations where anti-social behavior, verbal abuse and theft can pose real problems for staff. However its application is wide and it is being used in a whole host of situations and working environments. Our growing customer base includes companies which are leaders in their respective fields, all of which place the safety of their staff at the core of their businesses. We will be aiming to maintain our leadership in the development of staff safety products and services in the years ahead.

6 6 PRODUCTS AND SERVICE PORTFOLIO StaffSafe StaffSafe provides staff with the means of raising an alarm quickly and easily covertly if necessary when exposed to threatening situations or crimes in their place of work. For lone workers or vulnerable staff StaffSafe can provide the reassurance and increased confidence in the workplace they need to do their job effectively and deliver great customer service. MONITORING BUREAU DATA REPORTING INSTALLATION & SERVICING TURNKEY OPERATION Our monitoring bureau staff are fully trained and equipped to monitor and handle a wide range of services. In conjunction with StaffSafe, our award winning Security and reassurance service, to temperature and energy monitoring, our clients requirements and expectations are fulfilled and often We provide a wide range of reporting services in conjunction with the StaffSafe Monitoring. HIGH STREET PETROL STATIONS DISTRIBUTION In many High Street stores StaffSafe provides bespoke announcements to customers to actively manage anti-social behavior and verbal abuse, or even inform the customers that they are not allowed to bring alcohol onto the premises. Many petrol stations are open 24/7 with minimal staff cover out with main business hours. StaffSafe protects staff, lone workers and high value products alike. We check the security of deliveries overnight and open and close doors remotely. Coupled with the use of an inactivity alarm we ensure that the lone workers are safe without the person pressing an alarm, increasing security and significantly reducing staff costs

8 8 MARKET SEGMENTS LEISURE RESTAURANTS PHARMACEUTICAL We provide integrated audio/video monitoring to leisure clubs. We can feed into the existing CCTV and burglar alarm instantly enhancing security by adding our 24 hour monitoring facility. StaffSafe is used extensively in high street restaurant chains and provides protection both for in store staff and also those staff who may be detailed to look after a car park or clean the surrounding areas.
