1 Pagero for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Spain Pagero s cloud-based platform Pagero Online is now integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, allowing Dynamics NAV end users native access to Pagero s Accounts Receivable automation services. Thanks to the integration, Dynamics NAV end users can send all their sales invoices electronically via Pagero Online, regardless of the invoice format their customers request: B2G/B2B e-invoices, PDF with digital signature or paper. The solution is available exclusively through Microsoft partners as an Add-On for Dynamics NAV 2016 and as an Extension for Dynamics NAV 2017.

2 Automated sales invoice distribution Pagero for Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows Dynamics NAV end users regardless of size, industry or transaction volumes to automate their sales invoice distribution directly from Dynamics NAV. By selecting Pagero Online as the distribution method in the end user s customer card, the sales invoices for that customer will automatically be sent to Pagero Online for immediate distribution to the recipient, regardless of the customer s preferred invoice format: E-invoices Once an invoice has been received in Pagero Online, our platform automatically converts it and distributes it to the end user s recipients in their required e-invoice format, regardless of whether it is a private or public recipient. Business to Government (B2G) Pagero Online is integrated with all European public administrations that require e-invoices. In Spain, this means that Pagero Online is connected to all the state (FACe) and regional (e.fact, Ge-factura etc.) entry points for electronic invoicing in the formats factura-e 3.2 and Additionally, Pagero Online applies the required digital signature, meaning that the end user does not have to source and maintain a third-party certificate for digital signature. Business to Business (B2B) E-invoicing between private entities is becoming more and more common around the world. Pagero for Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows end users to send invoices digitally to all their customers that demand e-invoices (XML, EDIFACT) seamlessly, regardless of whether they are already connected to Pagero Online or are using another service provider. PDF by with digital signature If the end user s customers wish to receive the invoices as PDFs by , Pagero Online takes care of this as well. Once the invoice has been received from Dynamics NAV, it is automatically signed and distributed to the customer in compliance with the Spanish tax authority s requirements for PDF invoices. Paper invoices Not all customers can or want to receive the invoices electronically. If there is no digital distribution method (e-invoice, PDF) registered in Pagero Online, the invoices are automatically sent for printing and distribution by post.
