3 Abstract 3 The system of electronic money, which allows you to make electronic transactions between participants directly, passing by any financial institutions. Protection against hacking and DDOS network attacks works at the expense of the POS system and commissions for transactions. Protection against attack 51% included. 4 Introduction 4 Teocoin was originally conceived as a platform for creating indexes. Then we went further and decided to develop not just a platform for creating and selling crypto-currency indexes, but also a convenient platform for Token creating and decentralized applications. After creation the AlienCloud platform and start of work with crypto-currency payments, we realized that at the moment there are currencies transactions for which take too long and commissions are extremely large (for example Bitcoin). For this, we create the TEONetwork protocol. 8 Monetary Policy 8 The number of coins is fixed - 5 million pieces of Teocoin. Each coin according to the Teocoin walet standard has 8 decimal digits (X, YYYYYYYY).
