3 The Infrastructure Advisory team in Brisbane We provide strategic and commercial advice to enable clients to realise the benefits of informed investment decisions and proper commercial project management. Assessing potential projects We assist clients to make quality decisions on the type and scope of infrastructure to achieve strategic and policy goals. Structuring projects We provide advice on procurement models, commercial structuring, tendering, finance structures, and negotiating terms so clients can achieve value for money outcomes. Project execution Our team has provided advisory services and financial/commercial assessments for: Economic Infrastructure (i.e. roads, motorways, ports); Social Infrastructure (i.e. prisons, courts, police, health); Resources and Mining project and associated infrastructure; and Utilities (i.e. water, energy, pipelines, waste treatment).
