Improve efficiency of training management Traditionally, HSE teams spend hours tracking employee training, scheduling training curricula for different functional roles, assigning instructors and confirming attendance. Compliance Manager helps HSE teams define courses and assign them to specific job functions or sites. If an employee s job function changes or an new employee joins, Compliance Manager alerts administrators which courses the worker needs to take, and at what frequency and will flag if a worker needs re-certification. Compliance Manager integrates with Honeywell s Experion Industrial Security platform (EIS) which manages the facilities access control system, the integration enables enforcement of safety compliance policies by restricting access to non compliant workers to the site/ area based on their compliance status in Compliance Manager. Restricting access to non compliant workers to the facility or area reduces the risk of safety incident and penalties. Integration with Honeywell Connected Solutions Compliance Manager can integrate with Honeywell Connected Solutions if business needs dictate. For example, the solution can work alongside Honeywell hearing protection systems, which limit exposure to noisy environments; access control and electronic mustering via Honeywell s access control system; and Honeywell wearable connected gas devices that facilitate inspections, calibration and management.
