3 Basic Package Features With the basic ProGAGE ISO package, you will be able to perform all basic Gage Management activities, including scheduling calibrations, tracking calibration history, measurements, dates, who performed the calibration, and calculating uncertainty. ProGAGE ISO s basic package also allows you to create or link calibration procedures and work instructions. Use this feature for all your procedures, including the purchasing of new gages, removing failed gages from the system, and general procedures. The basic package includes dozens of reports such as calibration due lists, inventory reports, certificates, and more. Create exactly the report you want with ProGAGE s easy-to-use report utility, then print it out or it as text, Rich Text, Adobe Acrobat PDF, or Excel spreadsheet.

4 Issue/Return and Parts/Suppliers Modules With the optional Issue/Return Module you can keep track of the exact location of your gages, gage kits, and check fixtures. Track the movement history of any gage within your company, so you always know where your gages are and who has them. Gages with Cycles (hour or time-based) and Usage (day-based) calibration frequencies are automatically tracked and scheduled for calibrations when actively issued out. Batch issue all gages within a kit all at once. This is a great feature to have when you need to issue or return a group of gages. Now you can issue them all at once instead of individually, again saving you time and effort. The Parts/Suppliers Module is a great feature to have if you want an easy way to track historical data on what parts were checked by which gage. This is very useful when you find a gage is out of spec and you need to know what parts were checked with that gage. ProGAGE ISO allows you to set up gage-specific vendor information (vendor who supplied the gage). This is useful for ordering spare parts for existing gages, or when it is time to buy new gages.

5 Kit/Fixture Module With the optional Kit/Fixture Module your company has the ability to create gage kits (two or more gages used for the same job) or check fixtures that consist of several gages attached to a single base fixture. Kit identification labels and reports can be viewed and printed from the Kit/Fixture screen. Calibrate all the gages within a kit from the Kit Calibration Entry screen. Ever wish you could calibrate all of your company s 0-1 micrometers at the same time? It s easy with ProGAGE ISO. Simply set up all of the 0-1 micrometers (or any other similar gages) as a gage kit. You can calibrate all of them at once instead of individually, saving you time and effort. This is a great feature to have when you need to calibrate a master gage set and only calibrate every six months or every year. When integrated with the Issue/Return Module you can also batch issue and return all gages within a gage kit from the same screen, so you won t have to issue out individual gages to the same shop location.

6 Gage R&R Module ProGAGE ISO s Gage R&R Module has an extensive array of study options including AIAG, ANOVA, Linearity, Stability, and Short Attribute. The Gage R&R Module can be set up for as many, or as few, parts, measurements, and operators as your company wants. The Gage R&R Module even records the history of each gage R&R study that has been performed and calculates the next due date for a study. This feature is particularly important for fulfilling the requirements of QS The Gage R&R Module allows for numerous graphing capabilities including stability, linearity, gage accuracy, XY-plot charts, and more, depending on which study type you perform. Gage R&R study reports are included with the Gage R&R Module, including an empty worksheet, so operators can record their readings for later entry.

7 Report Editor Module With the ProGAGE ISO Report Editor Module, you can edit reports to meet your company s needs. You can even create new reports and labels, designed the way you want them. All fields can be accessed and placed onto a report with ease by the end user. This eliminates costs of downtime, and extra costs of having your IT or MIS department make changes, or paying a programmer to do it for you. You can choose from a variety of different report formats, including calibration labels. You can even include bar codes on any of your reports. This is especially useful for doing quick scanning of your gages and entering information into the ProGAGE ISO software. Not everyone needs the same information in the same layout. Now you have the ability to create new reports that meet your company s particular needs. Automatic notification is included in this module and allows for notifications and reports to be sent out to the different users of ProGAGE ISO even when the software isn t running. ProGAGE s Report Editor Module makes it easy to add fields to existing reports, or create new reports from scratch.

8 Editor Module With the ProGAGE ISO Editor Module, you can change field label and tab label names to reflect your company s specific terminology. All fields and tabs are customizable by the end user. This gives you total flexibility, and eliminates costs of having your IT or MIS department make changes, or paying a programmer to do it for you. You can also choose from three different field types, Standard Field (no drop-down history), History Field (drop-down memorized), or Pre-Selected Choices (allows you to preset drop-down field choices). Companies that need foreign language versions of ProGAGE ISO for facilities outside the US can use the Editor Module to translate ProGAGE ISO into any language. AQS realizes that not everyone enters information in the same way. You may misspell a word or enter values inconsistently. Since this is a common occurrence in history fields, you could end up with several variations of the same word in that field. For instance, in the picture above, in the Pass column, one person has misspelled PASS; another has typed the word in lowercase letters. The Table Editor allows the end user to make modifications to these fields without having to open each individual record. This can save an enormous amount of time and ensure consistent entries into your records.
