3 FAQs When will ODG by MCG launch? April 2 nd, 2018 is the official launch date for the ODG by MCG platform. How can I see a demo/webinar of ODG by MCG? Contact your Account Manager or the ODG Helpdesk (ODGhelp@mcg.com) for a 1:1 demo, or join our upcoming Introducing ODG by MCG Webinars. Below is registration information- Join us for the unveiling of ODG by MCG, a new state-of-the-art ODG User Interface for the industry's leading medical treatment, formulary, and return-to-work guidelines. The new interactive Web-based platform for leveraging evidence-based and data-driven solutions from ODG is completely redesigned to make it easier for case managers, claims adjusters, and healthcare providers to tackle the industry s most important challenges including timely return-to-work, medical management, reserving, risk assessment, and interventional triage. Don't miss this opportunity to see it first. Space is limited. After registering, you will receive a confirmation containing information about joining the webinar. I am an existing ODG user. Will I be switched over automatically? You will not be switched over automatically on the launch date in April Both the Legacy ODG and the new ODG by MCG will run simultaneously for the foreseeable future, and clients will be onboarded at their next annual renewal beginning in May 2018, unless they prefer to start sooner. If you would like to add ODG by MCG to your service plan before your next renewal date (or simply try it out), contact your Account Manager, or if you don t know who your Account Manager is, you can contact the ODG Helpdesk (ODGhelp@mcg.com). How is ODG by MCG licensed? ODG by MCG uses an enterprise licensing model based on organizational size. Individuals can also subscribe for individual (rather than organizational) licenses. What is the cost? The pricing is set based on organizational size. Preferred pricing based on account seniority from the Legacy ODG will reset with implementation of ODG by MCG. Contact your account manager, or reach out to the ODG Helpdesk (ODGhelp@mcg.com) to confirm rates. What is new or different about ODG by MCG? ODG by MCG was rebuilt from scratch by an internal team working in collaboration with customer feedback and a third party UX design firm with relentless dedication and passion for the Science and Craft of Delivering Incredible User Experiences.

4 Taking a tab-based approach, ODG by MCG ensures users will never again feel lost or overwhelmed by the massive amounts of ODG data, evidence, and content tools. ODG by MCG features enhanced ease-of-use, sharing of evidence-based care plans, and a new metric called the TAO Index. TAO, or Treatment Analyzer on Outcomes, measures the correlation of each medical intervention with timely return-to-work. Long known as the best measure of post-injury success in workers comp and disability cases, timely return-to-work is the #1 goal for all involved in the management of injury cases. ODG by MCG leverages its large database of claims to measure relative efficacy of treatment success, to facilitate fast-track, low touch, or no touch on those treatments associated with good outcomes. The TAO screen is designed to be utilized in concert with the traditional evidencebased ODG care guidelines, indicating which treatment should be reviewed. Other enhancements include bringing in vetted and fully integrated third-party solutions and content to the ODG by MCG platform. These include WiserTogether s Return to Health solution which provides ODG-enabled patient-facing content for export to help injured workers better understand their condition and most effective treatment options, as well as striking 3D animations describing each topic from Visual Health Solutions. 7 Formulary Screen: How will the new and the old versions of ODG be distinguished? The previous version will be known as Legacy ODG, and the new version is ODG by MCG. Will product development continue on both the Legacy ODG and ODG by MCG? Evidence-based content will be updated on both versions, but product development and new features will be reserved exclusively for ODG by MCG. Do I have to switch to ODG by MCG from the Legacy ODG? You do not currently have to switch to ODG by MCG. Both products will run simultaneously for the foreseeable future. Because of new features, ease-of-use, and continued product development on ODG by MCG, it is recommended that you plan a transition to ODG by MCG with your ODG Account Manager when it s most convenient for your business. We automated ODG through the APIs. Will those be moved/replaced? The ODG Application Programming Interface (API) will not be moved or replaced at this time. What training is available to help my staff get transitioned? Online training is available at no cost, including personalized training by our staff, plus monthly Webinars which are open to the public. Self-training tutorials will also be released soon.
