Internal scope meeting: Gives the affiliate a chance explain the project and together we decide on the best path forward. 4. Digital Signage Team is introduced to the client with affiliate. 5. DS team works with client to further develop scope and project plan 6. DS team provides quote to client through affiliate 7. Project begins once PO is received 8. DS team executes project 9. Once project is complete and invoices are paid then fees are paid out to affiliates within 30 days

12 Typical Timeline Project timelines are largely dependent upon the scope, availability of resources, and approval process required by a given client and/or team. These variables can be vastly different for clients or even departments. A typical timeline is shown below.

13 ASI Direct Digital Compensation Model The following compensation model has been modified based on experience and feedback from working with the affiliate network over the past five years. The model for 2016 and beyond is as follows: Affiliate Digital Project Referral with Affiliate Sales, Production, & Installation Involvement. Proposed Compensation Models: a. 14 Resources and Partnerships The Digital Signage Team has worked to develop unique relationships with software and hardware providers. Those relationships are built to be leveraged for the benefit of the affiliate network. Appspace Software Appspace is our primary software provider because they are extremely focused on user experience. We have worked with Appspace to develop a product offering that is affordable and flexible, while keeping in mind legacy installations. Other software solutions: EDC Navori SCALA AgilQuest We are in the process of developing relationships with additional software providers in order to offer a wider variety of options.

15 Appspace Pricing We are the only digital signage integrator with a dedicated Appspace server licensed for resale. This system allows us to provide a unique management service to a large volume of digital customers.
