3 HOW IT WORKS The system is composed by the management software and room devices: RDIF EXTERNAL READER; INTERNAL KEY CARD READER; THERMOSTAT; WINDOW SENSOR. The devices communicate with each other and with the software Suite 224 at the reception desk through wireless technology, without cables o data network, managing the hotel in real time.

4 FAST AND EASY Thanks to wireless ZIG-BEE technology the installation on HCS is easy and fast, and the hotel can keep operating as usual. The advantages offered by the wireless technology are many: NO CABLES OR DATA NETWORK; NO MASONRY WORK; NO TEMPORARY HOTEL CLOSURE; NO EXISTING DOORS OR LOCKS CHANGES.

8 RFID EXTERNAL READER THERMOSTAT Approaching enabled RFID key card, it allows the access to the room; Led showing the presence of the guest inside the room, Do not Disturb and Make up my room request. Bell. It controls and manages temperatures. The temperatures parameters and the comfort one are established by the hotel Management. Thanks to wireless technology it communicates with window sensor, stopping the air conditioning when the window is open. Three buttons: on/off, +/-. Led display. INTERNAL KEY CARD READER WINDOW SENSOR Introducing the key card, it enables energy supply and air conditioning. Through the recognition of the key card, shows the presence inside the room (if guest or authorized hotel staff). Do not disturb button. Make up my room button. Button to inform to the software that the room is clean, or a maintenance is needed. It controls the opening of the window. Thanks to wireless technology it communicates with the thermostat, stopping the air conditioning when the window is open. Indicates in real time to the software if the window is open.

11 ONLINE HOTEL Thanks to the continuous communication between software Suite 224 and room devices, important information is accurately displayed on the reception desk, and useful services can be provided as consequence. The software has been designed with a simple and easy interface in order to give the best user experience and an easy and immediate access to the required information as soon as needed. WITH JUST ONE CLICK Thanks to software applications, many useful services are just one click away: Open a guest room door; Turn room lights ON or OFF; Disable key cards; Change the room; Request maintenance or cleaning via SMS; Manage room temperatures. A very easy way to work!

12 Thanks to the software, hotel staff can easily display in real time from the reception desk: ROOM STATUS Room free or occupied by guest or hotel staff; Do not disturb, Make up my room request; Windows and door status (opened-closed); Room clean or not; Maintenance need. ACCESS CONTROL Every access is monitored from the software and the data is stored for instant or later view and print. HOTEL STAFF The hotel staff (cleaning, maintenance personnel, etc.) has its own key card, which allows the access to the rooms established by the management. In this way it will be possible to monitor in real time all the staff activities and their location. This data is also recorded in the software.

13 ACCESS TO RESTRICTED AREAS The HCS devices can be installed in any area of the hotel building, where the control of the entries is required, such as offices, technical rooms, lifts, etc., or areas dedicated to a specific type of guests (lounge, SPA, etc.). BURGLARY In case of an unwanted access to one of the areas monitored by HCS devices, a sound and video alarm is generated in the software, and the data is recorded for later view and print. Other benefits of the software: DIFFERENT USERS LEVEL Management can establish different level of access to the software, from basic users to administrators. INTERFACEABLE The software is interfaceable with the most common PMS systems.

14 APP SMART Thanks to the APP SMART, hotel management can display software SUITE 224 in their smartphone or tablet. This APP allows the constant control of all access, activities, maintenance and temperatures of the rooms or common areas. The same APP can be used by the hotel staff with smartphones, to inform about the maintenance or cleaning services. The APP SMART is a useful instrument to help hotel staff to have the control of the hotel in real time, with no need to stay in the office. SMART
