5 Confirmed Speakers Fausty David Head of Global Demand Management FCI Fausty David comes with about 12 years of experience in the supply chain domain. He has been working with FCI since June 2005 in the supply chain and operations. He currently heads the Global Demand Management function at FCI and is located in Singapore. He reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for Sales and operations planning : Demand Management, Inventory, Supply and capacity mgt at FCI. In previous assignments he has engaged in sales strategy, supply chain re-engineering and has worked on several lean initiatives within the operations Journey for an Improved S&OP With a constantly evolving market and erratic customer needs, it becomes imperative to smoothen out these surges for better customer satisfaction, efficiency and optimized utilization. Money is made in operations. The more efficient operations are the better profitable companies become. In most companies, working in silos is one of the biggest issues hindering information flow for better and faster decision making thereby eroding profitability silently. To change this culture, it is imperative that we manage an entrepreneurial thought process where both risks and opportunities are evaluated immediately and decisions are taken without delay, considering what is best for the company and its customers. Andreas Subbe Executive Director, Supply Chain Mgt, APAC Continental Automotive Mr. Andreas Subbe, Head of Supply Chain Management Automotive Asia Pacific for Continental located in Shanghai, once graduated in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University of Technology in Germany, obtained various international positions in the automotive field the past 17 years in the Mannesmann group, Siemens VDO and Continental in Europe, NAFTA and Asia Pacific. Since January 2013 he oversees all supply chain activities for Continental Automotive within a network of 26 plants and trading locations in 10 Asia countries and leads a corporate team in Shanghai, Yokohama and Bangkok to support the plant network. Jessica Li Director, Customer Logistics Services Johnson & Johnson Jessica Li is the Associate Director of Customer Logistics Services, North Asia, for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care. She has been in this role since October Jessica is responsible for managing the end to end supply chain for Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Distribution Resources Planning Manager. She had held progressive positions in supply chain management, in Canada and in China, with Unilever, Novartis, Diageo and Louis Vuitton prior to joining Johnson & Johnson. Jessica holds an MBA Degree from HEC School of Management in Paris, France, a Bachelor s Degree in Engineering and a Master s Degree in Management from Harbin Institute of Technology in China.
