1 MEMORANDUM Date: September 28, 2017 To: From: Jay Van Echo, Arizona Department of Transportation Rebecca Yedlin, Federal Highways Administration Aryan Lirange, Federal Highways Administration cc: SUBJECT: Document Control Addendum to the I-11 Public Outreach and Coordination Plan dated January 2017 The purpose of this addendum is to identify changes in the content previously published in the I- 11 Public Outreach and Coordination Plan dated January The overall schedule for the I-11 Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has shifted based on (1) the decision to bifurcate the Final EIS and the Record of Decision in order to promote additional input opportunities; and (2) additional time spent to engage and solicit input from tribes during the alternatives analysis phase. Updated schedule information is provided below in revised Table 5-3: Major Deliverables and Review Schedule and Table 5-4: Coordination Points and Responsibilities. Changes from the original versions of the table are shown in red. Since the publication of the I-11 Public Outreach and Coordination Plan dated January 2017, additional parties have agreed to participate as Consulting Parties during the Section 106 process. An updated version of Table 5-5: Section 106 Consulting Parties is provided below. Changes from the original version of the table are shown in red.
