We invite you to enhance your partnership with SAP by becoming one of our reference customers. Testify on behalf of SAP and showcase how your business is succeeding using SAP solutions. Throughout the duration of our engagement and your collaboration with us as a reference customer, SAP will look after your needs. 3 SAP Customer Program Introduction REFERENCE ACTIVITIES AND POINTS We tailor our engagement to match your willingness and readiness. SAP offers multiple different formats that allow you to share your success. All activities are agreed upon between you and your Manager to make this collaboration successful and enjoyable. PROGRAM ACTIVITIES AND THEIR REFERENCE POINTS One point is equal to 1 euro. Sales Activities Speak in person or on the phone to one or several of SAP s prospective customers. You can engage in: telephone calls Full-day or half-day reference visits (1:1) slive calls or on-site visits (1:few) Roundtable discussions at SAP events 450 Sign-up bonus*/** 450 call (1:1) 900 Half-day visit 1,800 Full-day visit (1:1) Marketing Activities Showcase your success publicly using collateral, videos, posters, or even social media. Join our great industry events and take part in a wide variety of activities. For example, you can: Engage in speaking opportunities at SAP events Produce collateral that highlights your successes Participate in interviews with the press and analysts Record a video testimonial about your experience with SAP Other Activities Allow SAP to use your logo, engage in key customer projects, and collaborate with you on future ideas. 1,800 slive call (1:few) 300 Roundtable discussions (1:1) 600 Roundtable discussions (1:few) We reward you with reference points for the support you provide to us. 4 SAP Customer Program Introduction TERMS AND CONDITIONS SAP customers participating in the Global Customer Program and thus receiving benefits are prohibited to use these in order to make, offer, promise, or authorize payment of anything of value directly or indirectly to any of the following prohibited parties for the purpose of unlawfully influencing their acts or decisions: Employees, consultants, or representatives of the prospect Government officials or employees Political party officials or candidates Officers or employees of any public international organization Immediate family member of such persons (or any other person) for the benefit of such persons Business entertainment conducted for the fulfillment of this program must be appropriate, transparent, compliant with the policies of the guest s company, and absent of any appearance of an attempt to influence business decisions. Public sector customers are eligible to join the Global Customer Program but only after verification by the SAP Legal Compliance and Integrity Office (send to global-compliance-office@sap.com). Only a direct SAP customer can enroll in the customer reference program and earn reference points by taking part in approved reference activities. Your reference activities must be agreed upon in advance with the SAP reference manager to result in an entitlement to reference points. All reference requests must be arranged by SAP directly. points are based on the value of the euro. One reference point is equal to 1. points can be used against any SAP invoices or for entry to a selection of SAP global events (such as the SAPPHIRE NOW and SAP TechEd conferences). points cannot be used for SAP hospitality events (such as Formula One racing, Wimbledon tennis, Extreme Sailing, Soccer Champions League, and any other similar events). points cannot be used to pay invoices from partners. points cannot be converted to cash or other means of payment. points cannot be used to settle travel and hotel costs. Point balances expire after 12 months. points earned from the program cannot be linked to any other business discount or SAP promotion. points are offered to SAP reference customers as an additional service. They are not to be considered as an amendment to any existing or future agreement. The customer, not SAP, decides how reference points are used. SAP reserves the right to change or discontinue the program at any time. SAP will inform the customers enrolled in the program of all such changes. 4 / 54 / 7
