3 Solution Training Five Ways to Take Advantage of Training from Fiserv: Virtual Classroom (VC) We are pleased to introduce our newest method of delivering the quality training you are accustomed to receiving: The Virtual Classroom, led by our subject matter experts! In a Virtual Classroom you experience the same benefits of learning as in a traditional brick and mortar classroom environment without having to leave your office. You will use the Internet to connect to a Fiserv website that is specifically prepared and assigned to you for the session. The website gives you access to a training database so that you can apply what you learn immediately. You will interact with the instructor and other participants as you complete hands-on exercises. And, you ll have the opportunity to ask questions and share knowledge the same as in a traditional classroom. This training mode is denoted by (VC). Classroom Training (C) These sessions offer traditional classroom-style instruction led by experienced product specialists from Fiserv. This group-live instruction is hands-on to reinforce concepts and enhance software proficiency. Classroom training, unless otherwise noted, targets new users and there are no prerequisites. Classes are hosted at our training centers in Phoenix, AZ and Norcross, GA. These classes are denoted by (C). Online Self-Paced Training Courses (O) Set your own learning pace and absorb key concepts through self-study and practice. These e-learning courses offer you the most flexibility for scheduling and attending instructional training on how to use our products. These e-learning courses are denoted by (O). Fiserv instructors are specialists who use the products on a daily basis. Our hands-on classroom courses (group live seminars) allow learners to maximize their learning experience to become proficient in using Fiserv software. Instructor-led training and online courses, unless noted, target new users. Blended Learning (BL) These curricula use a combined approach to allow flexibility so that you maximize your learning time in the classroom. They blend e-learning online courses or webinars with traditional classroom training. Blended Learning is denoted by (BL). You will learn how to set up filters or identifiers in Data Management System and use the combination of values (identifier cards) to target specific accounts in your A/L chart. You will also learn how to set up instrument level processing (ILP) as composites or as uniques. And we will cover reports on setup and results. 16 Cancellation Policy Cancellations made fewer than 14 days prior to the first day of a course and five days prior to the first day of a webinar are subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. Confirmed participants who do not attend their scheduled sessions are liable for a 50 percent cancellation fee. You may make substitutions at any time.
