3 Summary The rapid growth of virtual care is transforming the way health care is accessed and delivered Emerging technologies and new models for connected care in the community and home are moving patients, clinicians, and technology closer together As a result of this shift, new organizational capabilities and professional skills are needed Help identify new skills and learning required to deliver virtual care and connected health, and build upon the COACH Health Informatics Professionals (HIP) Career Matrix and HIP Role Profiles
