15 Top Tips Use the HEPA spreadsheet and guidance available in the Efficiencies section of the HEPA website Use the help section and links to guidance documents on the EMM Survey website when you get access to it If you are primarily collating cash benefits for EMM, there are 3 key areas to record: Price Reduction, Added value, Risk Reduction, Process Re-engineering, Sustainability Major Areas of Spend: ICT, Estates, Library, Utilities, Catering Whether you are using an HE or other framework Check your Consortium Benefits Statement and avoid double counting Use the guidance to maximise the savings you report Agree what the benefits are with your stakeholders
