Keenu Wallet customers can load money through Mobile App and then use across multiple retails for payments and enjoy discounts, cash back and offers as well. Keenu Wallet can also be used for Utility payments, online payments, fuel payments, etc. in addition to retails.

11 Wemsol specializes in launching as smart and innovative loyalty program as desired by the client. The loyalty programs are fully customized to suit requirements of the clients. Option to launch card-based OR card-less loyalty programs. The program can range from simple points based system to more intricate rewarding mechanism such as rewards based on transactions history, overall spent, frequency of visits, special events, etc.

12 Earning Loyalty Points: 1: Customer visits & purchases 2: Cashier swipes Loyalty Card on Wemsol POS machine and loyalty points are earned instantly 3: Customer earns points on his/her card Redeeming Loyalty Points: 1: Customer visits and wants to redeem points 2: Cashier swipes Loyalty card on Wemsol POS and if enough points are available, the redemption is completed. 3: Customer receives rewards for being a loyal member.

13 Via Mobile Number: Customer visits the store and wants to earn points Cashier asks for Mobile Number and enters it in the loyalty system to retrieve member details Cashier then punches in transaction amount, etc. in loyalty system and presses SAVE. Member receives SMS on new earned points and available balance Customer visits the store and wants to redeem points Cashier asks for Mobile Number and enters it in the loyalty system to retrieve member details & start redemption transaction Member receives an SMS on mobile number with One-time password that he/she needs to enter in loyalty system to verify redemption transaction. Redemption is complete and Member receives 2 nd SMS with redemption transaction details.

14 Option 2: Via QR Code: Customer visits the store and wants to earn points Cashier asks member to show the image of QR Code on their phone Cashier scans the QR code in loyalty system and enters transaction amount, etc. and presses SAVE. Member receives SMS on new earned points and available balance Customer visits the store and wants to redeem points Cashier asks member to show the image of QR Code on their phone to be scanned in the system and start redemption request Redemption is complete and Member receives SMS with redemption transaction details.

15 Recency Based Campaign: On your 3rd visit within a month, receive 10% off your purchase. Frequency Based Campaign: On your 8th visit, receive a gift. Monetary Based Campaign: Spend AED 1,000 and receive 30% off your purchase. Event Based Campaign: Visit during National Day and earn Bonus Points. Happy Hour Campaign: Visit between 3pm to 8pm on Fridays and get Instant Point Bonus reward. Birthday Campaign: Enjoy a free meal on a visit within 1 day before or on your Birthday.

16 Generic Loyalty Campaigns: Spend AED 500 and receive a free gift voucher worth AED 50. Point-Based Campaigns: Accumulate & Redeem points against rewards. E.g. AED 100 = 10 points. Day-Specific Campaigns: Every Sunday, Get 10 Bonus Points on every purchase. Location-Based Campaigns: Spend up to AED 800 in Dubai branches only and receive 10% off. (Offer is valid for Dubai Only). Specified Product-Based Campaigns On purchasing X Product, receive double points.

17 A Loyalty Card program can be launched with multiple card types catering to different categories of customers based on their demographics, spending behavior, loyalty points earned, etc. This helps in profiling customers as well as rewarding them based on their overall loyalty with your brands. An example is as follows:

18 Gift Cards will be magnetic stripe based and will act as Cash Cards that can be gifted to loved ones with any desired amount loaded on them. The Electronic GIFT CARDS and can be used multiple times for multiple payments until balance lasts. Once the Gift Card balance reaches zero, it can either be scrapped or recharged based on your decision. Great source of revenue for client by selling these cards for certain fee (e.g. AED 5 AED 15 per card) and also through Breakage (unused balance on the card after expiry). Gift Cards usually have validity of 1 year from date of purchase.

19 Step 1: Customer purchases Gift Card: 1: Customer purchases a Gift Card 2: Staff accepts the cash/credit/debit payment & issues new Gift Card 3: Purchaser can use the Gift Card or give it as a Gift Step 2: Customer purchases with the Gift Card: 1: Holder of the Gift Card visits the store to shop 2: The Gift Card is swiped on Wemsol POS machine and purchase amount is deducted immediately from the card 3: Receipts printed, one for the customers and one for the merchant

20 Loyalty / Gift Card programs can be integrated to run through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. Cardholders will be able to use their gift card and/or loyalty cards through social media and avail offers as well as utilize exciting features.

21 Visit website or through Mobile App, purchase E-Gift Voucher by making a payment online. Buyer will have a choice to select desired denomination along with the country of usage (and associated currency) and purchase it. Upon purchase, the E-Gift Voucher will directly be sent to the recipient via or SMS. Recipient can then visit the store and use E-Gift Voucher having unique QR Code or through any desired mechanism.

22 Wemsol will procure, arrange, and provide ready cards to the clients. The cards layout and artwork(s) to be provided by the client for personalized touch. The cards can be Magnetic stripe based or chip-based and as per Banking industry standards. Wemsol can also offer personalization services to record cardholders information on the cards, such as Cardholder name, Expiry date, etc. If desired, Wemsol can also launch card-less loyalty/gift card program for customers.

23 The POS Terminal Deployment shall be done by Wemsol & the POS terminals shall be equipped with the Loyalty and/or Gift Card Program software application to run the exclusive program. Wemsol will ensure the Merchant management and maintenance along with Merchant training to the staff operating POS Terminals.

26 Complete Program Management & Support. Call Centre facility will be provided to the client where store staff can call and request for assistance in case they experience any technical issue or other issue. Field Visits by Wemsol staff can be made in case if the problem with machine cannot be resolved through phone and a visit is required. In case if there is any hardware/software issue, Wemsol staff will be responsible to address and resolve the issue. Cardholders can receive instant notification of new products or service via s or SMS notifications, if desired. Training sessions to provided as per need basis.

27 Complete web-based reporting shall be provided for all the Cardholders indicating their points award and/or reward details, the dates of transactions, the amounts of redemptions that took place, the full transaction details, etc. Similarly all data will also be provided for prepaid/gift card programs. The reports will be made available online through secured ID and password and can be accessed 24/7 by the Client s Management. All reports will be exportable in Excel as well or any other desired format. The reports can be filtered to see results, such as: Branch wise transactions Brand wise transactions Transactions for any given time period, for a day, week, month, year, etc. Loyalty cardholder s Database, such as first name, last name, mobile, , age range, DOB, etc. Loyalty card balances at anytime, for single customer or for all customers Summary reports to monitor & track branches performances Other customized reports as well
