3 Course Program Day 1 An overview of the structure of ISO 55000: - ISO in three parts - Content & themes - Key Issues and definitions AM Maturity and Implementation - Provides an understanding of asset management maturity, and how it is used to construct a bespoke roadmap to ISO compliance, and beyond. Asset Management Policy and Strategy - Examines the issues associated with corporate governance and business rules, and how they influence AM Policy, Strategy & Objectives. Asset Management Leadership, Organization and Corporate Responsibility - Examines the issues of leadership & structure, and provides a footnote on corporate responsibility Asset Decision Making and Risk - Looks at issues around aligned objectives and the need for risk driven decision-making when determining asset investment plans.

4 Day 2 Asset Information Management - This module examines the requirements for robust data and information management, introducing the need for an Asset Information Strategy. Asset Lifecycle Management - Looks at issues considered fundamental to asset performance at all phases of the lifecycle. From maintenance execution to outsourcing to the management of change! Value Drivers, Performance and Improvement - This module introduces key value drivers and examines their role in delivering sustainable performance. It further explores best practice strategies and their impact on financial performance. Creating Sustainable Asset Contribution - The final module concentrates on delivering real business value through the movement in asset contribution indicators.

About the trainer Thom Kemp Business executive and professional engineer with 30+ years of experience providing asset integrity and asset management consulting services across Europe, America and Asia. As Director and Project Manager of engineering-based asset performance, risk, reliability and integrity consulting services, Thom has developed and supervised global asset management programs for key clients in the Middle East and Asia. Industry experience includes upstream/downstream oil and gas, petrochemicals, marine, power generation, and transport sectors.
