We will also review the setup and usage of inspections templates and basic planned preventative maintenance and analytic reporting. Support for casual mall leasing and specialty leasing is built into this product, as are complex permanent leasing deal terms. The automation of financial consolidation processes in Voyager should significantly reduce your time and effort in completing month-end, half yearly, and year-end financial reporting.

Benefits from this new feature include: a more efficient interface, less dependence on market leasing assumptions (MLAs), fewer MLAs required, the ability to copy revenue assumptions from a prior budget, simple lease renewals, and easy access to modify units. The class includes a demo of functionality, administrative setup, and key reports for this feature. Grand Residence 2 Leasing Manager Join this session to discuss features of Yardi Leasing Manager and how it helps to shorten leasing lifecycles and deliver increased operational efficiency to further drive revenue enhancement. Residence 3 Procure to Pay: Purchase Orders In this course, you will learn about the benefits of purchase orders in the Voyager system and the streamlining of purchase orders into a more standard and efficient process. This class will cover all aspects of using purchase orders in Voyager. Residence 5 Forecasting in Job Cost This advanced course will cover both the forecasting feature within Job Cost (formerly Construction Management) and forecasting in the new, easy-to-use Construction Manager module. Topics include calculating cost-to-complete, projected final costs, and cash flow in Job Cost, as well as the bulk forecast functionality and how to edit forecasts in Construction Manager. Residence 6 Investment Management: Investor Transactions & Unit Register Automate the complex accounting transactions of fund management to dramatically reduce the analysis required by traditional accounting. Yardi Investment Management allows you to manage your wholly-owned assets, joint ventures, and other investment types for both small and large portfolio investors, from one centralised platform. This session will cover all of the major processes required to configure and create capital transactions including setting up complex investment structures and managing commitments going forward, transaction types, cascade rules, generating capital calls and distributions, tax withholding, partner transfers, income/mv allocations, management fee calculations, and reporting.

We will also cover key reports for managing valuations, manual revenue/expense entry, and how to apply market assumptions such as market rents, growth rates, and cap rates. Grand Residence 2 Lease Administration: Scenarios In this class, we will discuss common and some less-common scenarios in property management leasing, including first-step rent reviews, indexation methodology, renewals with combined expansions and/or contractions, and others. This class will be collaborative to see how other Voyager users are addressing issues that you bring to the class, with some guidance provided by Yardi. Residence 3 Work Orders This course covers how to use Voyager work orders to manage your day-to-day service requests, maintenance tasks, staff, and materials. We will review work order analytics, various dashboards, and the assignment to completion process of a work order. Residence 5 Fixed Assets This course details the Fixed Assets module. The instructor will review proper module setup and usage, including how to create fixed assets and how to calculate, post, and report on depreciation. Residence 6 Custom Financials & Account Trees Account trees are powerful financial reporting tools that enable you to determine the format and description of your GL accounts at run time.
